Discover the perfect blend of tranquility and proximity at our 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch home with a den/office, accommodating up to 6 guests. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes from the vibrant energy of the Las Vegas Strip, this well-appointed oasis offers all the comforts of home.

Location:
Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, our home provides a relaxing retreat while being close to all the action and adventures Las Vegas has to offer.

The airport is a quick 5-minute drive, and the rental car center is only 3 minutes away. Mandalay Bay casino and the Strip are easily accessible within 6-7 minutes.

Outdoor Retreat:
Spend carefree afternoons in the beautiful pool and backyard oasis. Whether you choose to cook/grill or explore nearby restaurants, our home offers the perfect space to unwind after a day of adventures.
Pool is heated May to October. Please inquire about cost to heat outside the season

Local Attractions:
Venture out to the Strip or try your luck at local casinos like Silverton, Southpoint, and M Resort, all within 4 miles. Enjoy safe and quiet neighborhood walks or take a short Uber ride to the Strip or airport if you prefer not to rent a car. Outlets and Town Square, an outdoor shopping/entertainment district, are within 2 miles.

Indoor Comforts:
Our home boasts a family room with a large sectional couch and TV opening up to the backyard. The fully stocked kitchen features newer appliances, granite counter tops, and a dining area seating 6. Relax in the living room, and utilize the den/office with a sofa bed, desk, and printer for work or leisure.

Entertainment & Connectivity:
Enjoy Wi-Fi and streaming services on 4 flat-screen TVs throughout the house. The pool area includes chairs, towels, and patio dining.

A RING CAMERA IS LOCATED AT FRONT DOOR AND GARAGE DOOR. CAMERA ALSO ON POOL EQUIPMENT ONLY, FOR MALFUNCTION PROTECTION. NO CAMERA ON POOL OR BACK YARD.

Minut noise monitor system in living room. Per city regulations. Only monitors NOISE decibels, and smoke detection.

Pet-Friendly:
We welcome furry family members! If bringing a dog, please add to reservation. Only one dog is allowed on the premises.
No Cats Allowed.

House Rules:

NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12, due to pool liability, house is not child proofed.

Please do not tamper with pool equipment. Will be charged if damage or for heating costs if off season .

November to April the Pool is not heated.

Please inquire about cost of pool heating during the months of November to April. We can heat for a fee depending on weather temperatures.

No unauthorized guests or pets; fees apply for violations.

Travel insurance recommended for added protection.

Great spot for relaxing. Quite away from the noise and crowds of Vegas but easy to get to the strip if you are looking for a more rowdy time. We loved visiting the Hoover Dam and Vally of Fire state park. Lots of accessible delicious foods in the area. Comfy couches, nice bathrooms, lovely backyard with pool and places to lounge. Nice office if you have some work to do.

The hosts were incredibly caring and communicated promptly throughout our stay. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with thoughtful amenities, including clean towels and even sunscreen for fun in the sun.The kitchen was fully equipped with just about anything you could need. The refrigerator even had a few extra seltzers that were likely left behind by previous guests, so we paid it forward and left a few beers ourselves.The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and beautifully decorated, showing the care and attention the hosts put into creating a welcoming environment. The garage and driveway provided plenty of parking, and having access to a washer and dryer was a great bonus.This place truly felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed our stay so much that we didn't want to leave. Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent and the outside/pool area was perfect. Loved the location, near the airport a d close to the Strip. Came into town for the Eagles Concert at the Sphere and staying here at a stand alone home, was way better than staying at one of tbe Hotels on the Strip. Wr will definitely recommend to friends who are looking to vacation in Las Vegas.

Fantastic! Fabulous! This was the PERECT house! It is exactly as listed and far exceeded our expectations! The location to the airport is great as is the location to the Las Vegas strip. We were able to take a short drive to see the shows and enjoy dinner surrounded by the Vegas lights and sounds then a short drive back to peace and quiet!! The house has EVERYTHING you need! Natalie went above and beyond with necessities! The beds are comfortable as are the chase lounges by the patio. Really great place to experience Vegas while still looking for peace quiet and some relaxing!! Highly recommend! We give it 10 Stars!

I came to Las Vegas with my family for a bingo tournament and this home was a gem! It was exactly what we were looking for in a rental - clean, cozy, quiet, homey, and well appointed. We will absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

We stayed in numerous Las Vegas homes before purchasing this property and decided that is was a great location for us to enjoy and share with other travelers. Close to the strip, but can escape and ski at Mt Charleston, explore Lake Mead, hiking at Red Rock, Valley of Fire. Also can drive to the Grand Canyon, Palm Springs CA, Los Angles for a night. We enjoy the shows, restaurants, casinos and diverse activity in the Las Vegas Valley.
