I rented this house for a group of 7 golfers. We have been renting houses and playing golf together for over 20 years and this house was a perfect fit. Lots of beds, lots of room and very clean and well equipped. The host was always available and flexible. I would highly recommend this property. Also, if you have a bunch of kids, the bonus off the garage is a great thing.

Great communication with host prior to stay. The house was perfect for hanging out with family and going to Spy Ninja HQ for my great nephew's 9th Birthday. Hot tub, game room and comfortable beds and couches. Kitchen well equipped for making meals at home.

We had a great time at this property, I wish the garage and game room had A/C we would of loved to play poker in there or ping pong but it was just way too warm in there. You should consider putting an a/c in there

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, the home is fully air-conditioned as listed, though like most homes the garage is not part of the air-conditioned living space. We also want to note that clear communication is very important to us. Unfortunately, during this stay we received some confusing messages and were not informed when the smoke alarm went off in the kitchen in the middle of the night. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can promptly assist and ensure the best experience possible.

Our stay at this home was truly beyond perfect. From the moment we booked, communication was excellent—clear, prompt, and incredibly helpful. Every question we had was answered quickly, and it was obvious the host genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable and stress-free.One of the most important aspects of our trip was wheelchair accessibility, and this home exceeded our expectations. The layout was easy to navigate, entrances were accessible, and the overall design made moving around comfortable and safe. It can be difficult to find places that are truly accessible, and this home was one of the best we have experienced. When we realized we needed additional shower bars, the hosts immediately arranged for someone to come and install them. Their quick response and willingness to make adjustments made a huge difference in our comfort and safety.What really set this rental apart, though, was the kindness and generosity of the hosts. When our departure flight was delayed, they were extremely understanding and allowed us extra time without hesitation. That level of flexibility and hospitality made a stressful travel situation so much easier for our family.This was not just a place to stay—it was a place where we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone, especially travelers who need wheelchair accessibility and appreciate thoughtful, responsive hosts.

GREAT VACATION HOME

The home was perfect for my family to relax and enjoy each other. The location was perfect too. The home had everything you would need to have a great vacation. I always travel with home items and I was impressed how everything I needed was already there. The size of the house was perfect and the bonus room really helped when my grandkids wanted to run around. Nancy is an excellent host!

Get place to stay with a group!

We had a great time! It was very cleaned and organized. They had snacks and tour guide ready for us when we came in! We had a group of 10+ and everyone fit comfortably and we all had a great time! They have a great outdoor area to hang out! Would defiantly recommend staying here! Close enough to the strip so you can go have fun, but far enough away that its quieter.

Beautiful, clean, many rooms, great host

Nancy maintains a beautiful and clean home. We were in Vegas to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday. There were more than enough beds for all my son’s friends. The house was very clean and the kitchen stocked with essentials. Nancy communicated all of the necessary details and responded promptly to our questions. I highly recommend this home for large get togethers.

Exceptional Nevada Home! Exceptional Host! Amazing stay!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Canyon Gate. The check-in process was straightforward and the communication was timely and efficient. The home is beautifully decorated and situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is convenient to everything including shopping, restaurants and the Las Vegas strip. Nancy is an exceptional host! Awesome House!

This house was perfect for our guys golf trip. The house was very clean, spacious, well furnished and in a nice neighborhood. We had plenty of room for 8 guys. The strip and downtown are a short drive or Uber from the house and it's centrally located to many golf courses. The owner was awesome to work with from start to finish. She was accommodating and quick to respond to any question we had about the house. She truly wants you to have a great experience staying at her house and that's exactly what you get! We will definitely stay here again when we come to Vegas.

Tons of space

This house has a great layout and tons of room. We stayed there for a softball tournament weekend, and we have now bookmarked this house for our future Vegas trips. This is the first time I've done that, and I've been staying at Vrbo's for years when traveling.

Beautiful Retreat Home

Perfect for our needs

Great fit for a large group. Large comfortable couch, great game room, ample sleeping areas, TV’s all work, comfortable beds and a kitchen with all the tools you need to cook. Close to Red Rock casino. Good restaurants and shopping. Near newish shopping. Close enough to strip but far enough away too. Owner was great about communicating. Would definitely use again.
