Executive and Snowbird rental on Crawford Square fully furnished
Stunning totally renovated 2 story condo directly on Crawford Square in Savannah's Landmark District. This charming 2 bedroom 2 full bath fully furnished condo gives you the feeling you are in the tree tops, with sun drenched rooms and views from all windows. The kitchen renovations include new flooring, adding additional cabinetry and custom banquet seating. The upper floor is a finished attic with beautiful hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, barn doors and wooden ceiling beams. All bathrooms are renovated, new lighting and fresh paint throughout.
Feel free to find us outside of VRBO by searching "Moonriverstays". Our website by that name has a "Rent Today" option where you can initiate contact with us. There are substantial cost savings of about $1,000 per stay due to VRBO fees. Monthly rate through website is $4,300/month and multiple month stays are reduced depending on the length of stay. Only $150 cleaning fee and pet fee, if applicable, are in addition to the monthly rate.
All furniture has been replaced, including new mattresses that are getting great reviews for our guests.
The total costs include parking. The Houston house does not have off-street parking but meter spots always available directly at the house. Stays of 8 weeks or longer are eligible for a decal issued from the City of Savannah. We will help walk you through the process of obtaining and cover the costs of the decal. For stays less than 8 weeks, we also cover the costs of parking, but the options are; 1) pay the meter daily or, 2) if you plan on walking, using Uber/Lyft, or generally move around the city by means other than your car, there is free street parking about 3 blocks south. We will pay for the full costs of the meters for the duration of your stay even if you choose to park the your car in free street parking.
We do offer cleaning services during your stay. They are $150 per cleaning and happy to discuss this more if it interest you.
