The house is a welcoming, comfortable retreat in a peaceful neighborhood - great for those looking to get away, but still have access to it all. The heart of the home is a combined kitchen / living room, which connects with a beautiful wrap-around porch, well appointed for outdoor dining, relaxing, or yoga. Master bedroom is on the ground floor. A full-size desk tucked away upstairs + GoogleFiber WiFi will gives you the space and connectivity to be productive, even when you're away.

Located just ~10 minutes from Austin-Bergstrom Airport, the house is centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with with walking access to local comforts: 3 coffee shops, a pizza place, a breakfast sandwich shop, 2 ice cream shops, several bars, and more, are all a ~5 minute walk. There is a local gym 5 minutes away, with Orange Theory just over a mile away. In addition, the Boggy Creek Greenbelt trail passes just a few houses down - perfect for either morning runs or an evening stroll through the community garden. There's easy access to downtown: the Capital and Rainey St. are each about 2.5 miles, UT stadium less than 2 miles, and South Congress shopping ~4 miles.

We had another great stay! This property is well appointed, clean, and centrally located. The property manager is welcoming, easy to work with, and quick to respond. This will always be our first choice stay in Austin.

Another fantastic stay!

We just had another fantastic stay for 3 nights. Property is clean and well appointed. Location is perfect if you don’t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of downtown. Johann and Rey are easy to communicate with. No issues at all.

Adorable cottage with on point decor!

Great house and adorable decor. Living plants made me feel at home. Soft linens, high end bath products, and a comfortable gathering space. AC unit worked well and fans were an added bonus in the heat. Great location. Was able to walk to dinner, coffee and breakfast. Super generous hosts who provided a snack tray and some libations. Great communication from them as well.

Cozy and stylish east Austin home

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The three bedroom space was ideal for the four of us and the property manager was very helpful and hospitable. We highly recommend this space for anyone interested in exploring Austin.

Clean, well-appointed house in a growing part of East Austin

We had a nice stay here for 4 days/3 nights. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had no issues at all during our stay and would definitely stay here again. Johann was very responsive to any and all questions that we had.

The perfect place!!

We had such an amazing time visiting Austin abs staying at Johann’s beautiful house. He was so communicative and easy to get a hold of /answer any questions and went above and beyond for his guests. There was everything we needed at the house. Stocked with coffee/sweeteners, Any small essentials needed (salt/pepper/olive oil…it’s the little things 😄). We would definitely stay here again!!

Rey and Johann moved to Austin from the northeast in early 2020, and quickly fell in love with the food, the people, the 'weirdness', and the nature of this amazing town!

The house has beautiful designer touches, it is an incredibly clean + well-maintained property, there are lots of walkable food/drink options, and has easy access to downtown and Lady Bird Lake. Overall a perfect "package" of features for anyone looking to enjoy everything Austin has to offer!
