Built in 1927, the home was lovingly remodeled to provide Victorian charm with modern amenities. Sip coffee on the porch swing, strum a tune on the guitar, and enjoy the large private backyard during Austin's beautiful evenings.

Well-equipped for longer stays with fiber internet, multiple workstations, high-quality cookware, and King Beds in every room. The charming home is 2,043 sq ft.

Great location and fantastic stay

Perfect 10-20 minute walk to pretty much anything you want to do in Austin. The property and rooms were immaculate, clean, and our stay went smooth from start to finish. Thanks for making the trip memorable.

We thoroughly were delighted with everything about this house. Easy access to everything. The house was cozy and has great amenities. Backyard was great for sitting and enjoying the sun. Will definitely rebook. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Perfection!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely, well-appointed home. It was extremely clean, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. There were restaurants within walking distance and the neighborhood seemed very safe. I would absolutely stay here again. We really enjoyed our time in Austin. Thank you for a wonderful launching off point!!!!

Perfect Hacker House for Consensus

This house was everything for our Consensus week hacker house! Brian was a great communicator even before we got into town, answering questions about places to visit and what to expect for the home. The house itself is beautiful, just like the photos, and fully equipped with a huge range for cooking and backyard BBQ. We played guitar and sang in the backyard, enjoyed board games, watched some scary movies on the big screen TV, and slept comfortably throughout the week in the king beds and inflatable mattress. We'll miss this home away from home - thank you for everything!

Amazing stay!!!!

Brian is amazing and super accommodating! His place is cool and clean and there is enough space for 5 people to hang comfortably. We would highly recommend and definitely book again in the future!

Beautiful home and best place we've ever stayed

Brian’s place was absolutely perfect and exactly as described. It was very cute and spacious. It was super clean and the bedrooms were huge! There were 6 of us and we had not seen each other since high school. It was a mini-reunion. The backyard was perfect for us to sit outside late at night and chat. So many things were walkable or a short scooter/Uber ride. The place had two living spaces and so much room for us to play games, have a little dance party, or just stay up and talk. We cooked in one night and the kitchen was amazing! We made coffee every morning and it was fantastic to have all the coffee supplies provided as we arrived late. We 100% fell in love with the front and back porch areas and have already decided we are going to rebook next Spring when we meet up again. This house is CUTE and full of charm. We loved it. Brian also responded immediately the two times we contacted him.

- I currently live in Dallas with my wife, but our two kids attend UT, so we bought a place in Austin to visit them. When our family isn't in town, we rent out our home. Hopefully, you enjoy it as much as we do!
- I enjoy biking, yoga, kayaking, guitar, online chess, and a good podcast

My home has been lovingly remodeled to preserve its Victorian feel while providing modern amenities. It's located in Central East Austin, which is close to dozens of restaurants, bars, and great places to go out.
