Perhaps it is because you can walk to the coffee shop or maybe head over to play a round of miniature golf or even the ice cream shop without ever getting in a car! Corolla Light can be considered a cruise ship on land, boasting the second-largest fitness facility on the Outer Banks and numerous community activities in the summer. This gorgeous home checks all of the boxes for the perfect summer vacation! The closest beach access to Hook, Wine, and Stinkers is roughly 1300 ft (a quick walk). Trolley service is available June-August, weather permitting.

The Lower Level of the home offers up a large game room w/wet bar, mini fridge, and pool table. Additionally, in the game room, there is a large smart TV and plenty of seating for movie/game nights. If you head outside from the game room, you will find the private, covered outside shower and grilling space. This area gives way to the heated (w/fee) pool and new hot tub. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, there is less through traffic than on the main roads in Corolla Light. NEW FOR 2025 - Second refrigerator located on the ground level (near the pool).
