Welcome to paradise! Phoenix IV 4143 is a newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. The condo is located on the 14th floor and is directly Gulf front with amazing views of the blue waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This recently purchased and renovated condo has new furniture, new paint, new appliances, new electronics, and both bathrooms were completely overhauled.
Once you enter the condo there is a Guest bedroom on both sides of the entry hall. Guest bedroom 1 has a King bed, a flat screen TV, and a double closet. Guest bedroom 2 has 2 Queens beds, a flat screen TV, and a double closet. The two guests bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The kitchen has a full stainless steel appliance package including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and features a large 8 top table. The living room has a large sectional sleeper sofa, has a large flat screen TV, and offers breath taking views through the floor to ceiling windows. The master bedroom is located off of the living room area. The room has a large King bed, a flat screen TV, a private bathroom with a walk in shower, a walk in closet, and has a private access area to the Gulf front balcony.
The balcony has a 6 top table.

Beach view was amazing. Is a little cool in Feb so having an indoor pool was great and using hot tub after long beach walks. Only issue was loud howling wind in the room when wind was blowing in the wrong direction on 14th floor. Neither the 12th or 15th floor had this noice at that time, checked.

The condo I picked somehow got double booked so they gave us this one which frankly ended up being an upgrade. Perfect amenities, whoever decorated definitely took a lot of time on detail.. felt very comfortable and relaxing for my family, which definitely made the vacation that much more enjoyable. Definitely one of the best vacation properties I have rented in years would definitely recommend. The layout location and amenities were perfect. Takes away all the guest work just show up and have a good time.

Family Vacation

This was the perfect place for our family to stay. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach, as well as playing pickleball and hot tub. It was a short drive to some great local eating places as well. Lots to do for my late teenage sons. The beach is unbeatable.

We enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room and a wonderful location with great views. My only complaint was having to go to building 3 front desk and purchase parking passes, but that is disclosed in the info so it wasn’t a surprise. We will definitely be returning in the future!
