Amazing house

This house was amazing for two families. Plenty of room and the house was clean and very well decorated. Easy to check in and out as well as park and leave the cars the whole time. Would definitely stay here again. Owners were very responsive and our stay was perfect.

House and host

Everything was great. The host made the experience great with communicating on how do get into the house. The location was great and easy to get to beach and restaurants. Everything was clean and exactly like the pictures. Would highly recommend.

Great time

This house was beautiful. Right on the bay with my most spectacular sunsets. The house was very clean. It was also in a prime location, close to many things, and only two blocks to the beach. The check in/out process was super easy. The owners also were very pleasant and only a phone call away if we needed to reach them. I will be back!

Highly recommend

This property was very well maintained. The owners thought of everything that you could need while vacationing in OCMD. I was very impressed and highly recommend this property. My only comment is the master bedroom is so big and the tv is kind of small and was kind of hard to see with my old eyes when laying in the bed but other than that the place was fantastic!!! I would stay there again.

Excellent Location

The property was within walking distance of entertainment, the beach, and great restaurants. The home is new and well presented. Lots of stairs to climb. Terminate your cleaning service.

Nice and clean rental

Paul's rental was nice and clean for the weekend that my family stayed at his place. The three floor condo is situated along the water and with a very beautiful view. We did have a situation come up after checking out with family members who did not clean up as well as they should have. They left towels on chairs and put dirty linens and sheets in piles on the floor(since they need to be laundered anyway). For the most part, the family members that stayed the weekend did say they they thought the property was very nice but wish there were a few more amenities to have a more comfortable stay. When arriving, beds were not covered and made. Instead, the bed covers were folded on top of the beds so everyone had to make their own beds to sleep in. There was also a lack of cleaning detergent for the advertised washing machines, having to wash dishes, etc. These issues don't seem like much of a big deal but considering the high cleaning cost for a two night stay, it would have been nice not to worry about those things and going to the store to purchase them. The amount of cleaning needed before checkout was high despite the high cleaning fee. But to be fair, the rental, plus the fees associated with it, still was one of the more inexpensive options in Ocean City so I would say it balanced out. Paul's place is honestly a nice place to stay, especially, if you are wanting to stay for more than a few days.
