The house was clean and conveniently located. Our host was very accommodating and communicative. The beds were comfortable and all necessities were well stocked. Parking was easy with an oversized driveway. My family and I would stay again for a future visit to the area.

The kitchen was awesome the host had plenty of items already stocked all for customer use. The house was extremely clean and decorated really well! The house was very spacious and in a nice area. The backyard area was really cool with a pool, fire pit, and chairs for hanging out. Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in the area.

Everything about this house was amazing. It was close to many restaurants and activities for the kids. The house was fully stocked with everything you might need. The host is so attentive he even has a basket of sample size toiletries in case you forgot something. The kitchen is amazing and has everything you need to cook dinners at home. The back yard is so serene and right next door to the community pool. During our stay, the lock had stopped working and the owner came over right away with a key for us to use for the duration of our stay. Beds were comfortable. Linens were like new! Definitely staying here again.

This was the perfect place for our family vacation as our home away from home. Husband and I came up from Florida to visit with our son who lives in an apartment nearby. There were 5 of us total including son's girlfriend and her 4 year old. We enjoyed the spaciousness, the backyard, the community pool, and use of the kitchen for small meals. The host provided towels for the pool and there were also games to play in the backyard. The location in Apex was convenient to grocery, shops and downtown where we visited the farmer's market on Saturday. Highly recommend.

Thanksgiving visit

We were in town to visit our son in Raleigh including our two small dogs. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to host thanksgiving dinner. The yard was perfect for the dogs as well. So many interesting things to look at in the house too!

Baseball Weekend

My family stayed at Fabian’s home for my son’s baseball tournament at Thomas Brook’s Field. It was only a 10 minute drive, super quick and easy. Fabian’s home felt like our home while we were there. Super cozy and clean, it was perfect! Not only was the home amazing but Fabian was a great host and also responded super quickly to any messages. Seems like a great man! I can’t recommend this place enough! My family would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Fabian!

Beautiful home in a great location

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in the Raleigh/Durham area! Beautifully furnished, wonderful great room and kitchen on the first floor, spacious bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs. Great backyard enjoyed by our family and dog. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores less than five minutes away.

Fantastic Find

We can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was! We had everything as promised in the listing plus so much more. The owner, Wellington, has created a “retreat” with all of the amenities and perks. He paid great attention to every detail to make our stay comfortable, easy and welcoming! We are putting this property on our “go to” list for future visits to the area!

Clean, comfortable, convenient home with great outdoor space for a dog! Host was very quick to respond and easy and friendly to communicate with. Great place and host!

We had a great experience at Wellington’s house. It was clean, organized, and convenient for us as we were in town visiting family. The neighborhood was calm and quiet. The host was very responsive at every turn. Many neat pieces of art and things to look at throughout the home. The house was thoughtfully stocked with all the necessities and more. Kitchen was great with anything you need for a delightful home cooked meal! Coffee, tea, water, etc.., a multitude of appliances to use. Everything we needed was laid out in a highly organized and thoughtful way! Back yard was very inviting with many seats, tables, lights to enjoy yourself outdoors with a BBQ and drink! Definitely, not your average host at this property. We would recommend this home for anyone that wants to be comfortable in a homey environment while away!

Would Stay Again!

Great stay! The owner has thought of everything and has been very generous and thoughtful in stocking the home. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need. The owner goes out of his way to make sure renters are comfortable in the home. It was perfect for our family. Communication with the owner was excellent. He was attentive and responded right away to questions. The home has a private, fended in backyard that was perfect for our pet, and the backyard has charisma. The location was perfect. The home is located in a family friendly neighborhood, but it's also convenient to great shopping and a variety of restaurants.

Amazing House and Awesome Host!

My family and I cannot stop talking about how wonderful our stay was! We wanted to visit some good friends who live in the area for my son’s tenth birthday and this house was in a great location. Fabian, the host, really went out of his way to make the trip special. When he found out that we were celebrating a birthday, he said he would put up some balloons. I thought that was so nice and just expected some regular balloons, but he took it to the next level with not only regular helium happy birthday balloons all around the bottom floor, but big gold individual helium letters that spelled out Happy Birthday hung from the ceiling. Not only that, he had taken the time to spell out a light up sign welcoming the birthday boy by name, and even a little present for him! Needless to say, my son felt so special and it really set the tone for our entire stay. Communication was super fast and pleasant and the house was SOOOO interesting. The walls were full of unique art from all over the world, the backyard was beautiful and inviting with lots of seating and a lovely hammock, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen spotless, with lots of goodies from the host! I really cannot say enough good things about our stay. There was a nearby park that we all enjoyed exploring and a Publix just 5 minutes away. Oh, my son’s favorite thing about the house was definitely the disco light in the kitchen sitting area, haha! If your are looking for the perfect place for a memorable stay in Apex, seriously do yourself a favor and stay here!
