Nice little place, walking distance to Central Avenue. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights during our son's weekend wedding in St. Petersburg. The host Jennifer, is very responsive with any questions we had. The Cozy Cottage was supplied with most anything we needed. This was a perfect fit for all our needs for our visit.

Stayed here in Saint Pete for two days. Bungalow was exactly as described. Very clean and cozy. Jennifer was an excellent host and easy to get a hold of with a prompt response time. Close to wonderful downtown Saint Pete and excellent restaurants as well as just a few minutes from the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location! The condo was very clean and we really appreciated the washer/dryer.If you’re a light sleeper, bring some earplugs because the upstairs neighbors are pretty active late at night and early in the morning. Regardless, we had a great stay.

Pleasant stay!

We had a nice time. Location was very convenient. We could walk or bike to most everywhere we needed to go in lovely St Pete. Check in and out was super easy and our host was accommodating and friendly! The sitting area in the living room was a bit small- not the most comfy place to sit but not terrible either.

Great neighborhood and mostly comfy

This property is in a nice neighborhood within close walking distance from restaurants and shops. Museums are a bit farther but still walkable. The bed comfy but the couch was not!

Perfect location

We rented this condo for the St. Pete race and the location was perfect. Small, but ideal for two people. The unit was easy to access, very clean and updated. The owner was very responsive and made our visit easy. Will rent again!

Even better than photos!

This property is fantastic. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming and the location is terrific. It was clean and well maintained. I had in my mind that it was a smaller property but there was plenty of room for two people. We'll plan on staying at this location again.

Great location!

We had a great time celebrating our anniversary. The place is a little on the small side but was perfect for what we needed. The couch does not pull out. I would recommend this place for singles or couples only.

Wedding Stay

The property was great and matched up well with the listing. Everything was very nice in the condo and clean. The condo was convenient to many activities. The only thing my wife pointed out was no hangers in the closet. On the plus side she loved the mini iron and ironing board.

6th Street condo

Small, but clean unit. The owner was very responsive to any issue that came up. Bed was comfortable and there was ample space to hang clothes. I appreciated having a washer/dryer available. I would suggest having some plastic cups available to add to the long glasses in the cupboard.

Host very welcoming. So many amenities were available. One issue was the heat. It took a while like two days to figure that out. And if you were in st pete it was cold, cold snd cold for all four days we were there. But the place was very clean. One othermatter is that TV ..ry difficult to find anything worth watching like NBC news and related MSNOW.

Good Value

Great Value for the location. Although there is the ability to sleep 4 people in two beds, the second bed that is downstairs is pretty far away from the bathroom. Also, it is a very steep climb on the spiral staircase to access the downstairs bed. We didn't use that area at all because of the way it was setup.

Great Location

The property is cute, comfortable and as advertised. The spiral staircase to the basement bedroom is steep which is good to know but totally fine. Owners were super responsive and kind. They obviously want their guests to have an enjoyable stay.

Great location suitable for single traveler or couple

Host was very responsive and accommodating, location is excellent - very walkable. Overall unit was clean and maintained, and we had a pleasant 2 week stay. Investment is needed to make this a comfortable stay - all linens were very old and worn (4 mismatched bath towels with heavy wear and holes; frayed sheets with color fading and bleach? stains) and no suitable seating (futon in living room while functional for the space was very lumpy and uncomfortable for sitting - would not be suitable for sleeping). As listing notes, bathroom is in master bedroom so this unit is best suited for a single person or a couple, and the stairs to the basement room are as pictured - a metal ladder-like set with about 16 inches between each step. An ok alternative to a hotel for a long stay where kitchen is required but would not recommend over a hotel for shorter stays unless improvements were made. Thank you for having us!
