Excellent location, ample parking. Great space and amenities. Highly recommend. The greatest challenge with this unit is being located next to interstate causes excess noise and the apartment literally vibrates from road traffic. Location is walkable to essentially all of downtown.

We needed a last-minute place to stay in St Pete and totally lucked out with Terry’s home. It is conveniently located, walking distance to everything on Central Ave, super clean, well stocked, comfortable bed, has a washer & dryer, great kitchen, and nice bathroom. Terry is super responsive and was great when we had questions. The home is located by the highway, but it’s very quiet when you are inside. We would most definitely stay here again.

What a lovely stay! The one‑bedroom apartment was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. Every necessity was provided—from the fully equipped kitchen to the plush towels and comfortable bedding. Communication was excellent, and the check‑in process was seamless.
