Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this spacious place. this place offer 3 bedroom, 2 queen beds one king bed and one queen sleeping sofa. full kitchen and washer dryer in unit. plenty of space for the entire family traveling.. hard wood floors, ac in every room. smart tv in every room high speed wifi throughout unit. approximately 5 mins from down town and central park. located in a quiet neighborhood. check out my guest reviewson my other listing.. so book with confidence..

this place is equipped with smart locks. the code will be sent to you through text message before your check in time.. this space is very beautiful and newly redone. has a stackable washer and dryer in unit to accommodate family traveling. guest are ask to bring along their own detergent of their choice. this unit has 3 bedrooms, one king bed and two queen beds. it also has a sleeping sofa.. that can accommodate 1 person comfortably.. this place has ac in every room.. Amazon, roku tv and a whole lot of other entertainment apps on tv. every TV is smart tv in the home. home has one giga bits internet from fios. wifi throughout the home also. please feel free to text with any questions anytime.. looking to making your stay as comfortableas possible, check out my profile reviews on my other listing.. and book with confidence...

Conveniently located, spacious, and well stocked. Bathroom mat was damp, but otherwise very clean. Could use more chairs for dining table. Nice yard in the back. We would stay here again.

The house is lovely with hardwood floors. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils. Plenty of linens in the bathroom. The house was very clean.

Clean, spacious, and tasteful

We really enjoyed our stay here in Schenectady. The apartment is private, very clean, well stocked, and quiet. From the outside it doesn’t look like much, but inside it is one of the nicer places we have rented. Highly recommended.

The last waltz

Stayed overnight after going to Proctors for the last waltz. Everything was great. Neighborhood is nice but watch out for some sketchy ppl walking the road. Felt safe inside.

Perfectly nice, quiet apartment

We were in town to visit family and colleges, and this apartment fit our needs. Just one exception I will never understand about certain rental properties: One of the bedrooms has NO place to put your clothes! The front bedroom has a closet with about 3 hangers, and that is all. No drawers of any kind. How does this not bother other people? I find it incredibly frustrating. Other than that the place is totally fine.

A good value. An inexpensive option. Clean and safer than it seems. Yet, dozens of DYI renovations and repairs that made it odd and unpleasant. For instance: some kitchen cabinets open the wrong way, oven control miscalibrated, bouncy makeshift shelf for microwave, one modest-sized bedroom filled with a king bed and no dresser, some light switches were in odd places (halfway into room, in hall for kitchen), bright cold lightbulbs gave eerie pale look, some outlets were upside down, hardware held on with drywall and assorted screws, discolorations in paint, warped floor, cheap, tacky décor and furnishings, dust bunnies under bed and on fridge, bin full of standing water outside breeding mosquitoes, broken glass on grass along side of house, etc.

comfortable and clean

This property was perfect for our needs. We were in Schenectady for one night and the large TV with great sound gave us a night at the movies. All we needed to do was supply the popcorn and soda.

Great place

We needed a place to stay for a weekend bear Saratoga for the races. This home was super clean and very comfortable. Lots of tvs, great kitchen, close to restaurants.
