We’re located in the heart of Albany right across from the park with an amazing view right from the window. This apartment will give you an excluded feel from the world but at the same time your only steps away from a bunch of poplar bars, restaurants, and bunch local stores which also features some mom and pop shops.
Street parking is available, bus line is right across the street and everything is in close proximity. Even Albany medical center is in close walking distance for all and anyone that maybe in the medical field.

This was a good deal for the location and space for my family’s stay. It was close to lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and overlooked Washington Park. AC window units and fans made it comfortable in the July heat. Street parking was made easy thanks to the host.

Excellent location

This place has walking distance restaurants and markets. Location is superb if you like to jog in the mornings or evenings the park is right across. FYI this place has stairs if you are traveling with an elder or a person with limited capacity do take this in consideration.

In area to visit family

Easy access both to parking and to the unit. Comfortable with all of the necessities which made it perfect for our two-night stay. Washington Park is directly across the street and good food options within walking distance.

Great Spot for Concert at MVP Arena

Myself and a friend were traveling from out of state for a concert at MVP arena. Rather than a hotel, we found this listing and it more than met our needs and expectations. Working with the host was easy from reservation through to the end of our stay. The apartment was well appointed and the location was perfect.

Nice neighborhood, comfy apartment

Clean and cozy apartment with plenty of room for me and a friend to catch up. We really enjoyed having the park and coffee shops nearby. Great location. The host was also very responsive when we arrived and weren't sure where to park.

What a lovely little apartment. Suited our needs for an overnight stay with friends. Nice neighborhood across from the park and great restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and decorated nicely.

Parkview apartment Madison Ave.

The property was nice and clean. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Parking is a bit difficult, we had to park a block or two away. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to know. However, when i asked any questions they were quick to respond. Overall, it was nice and if i were in the area again i would stay here.
