Nice layout, plenty of space for all during Thanksgiving dinner. Kids enjoyed the pool.

We stayed here for 2 nights prior to taking a cruise. Ben was very easy to reach with any questions we had and came the next day with supplies and things we had requested. We visited the national Rainforest during our stay. There is a grocery store very close which was very convenient. The house has queen beds, not king beds as the listing states so that should be updated. I’d like to make a suggestion regarding the rugs. The decorative rugs in the units need to have rubber backing on them so they don’t move. The rugs are very slippery on the tile and some of our family members almost fell walking across them.

This is a great property and very easy to get to everything—beach, airport, downtown. Ben is a great host and very responsive.

just not what we were expecting. the area is not what i was expecting kinda unsafe for just a girls weekend especially at night. the house was ok, definitely seeing some wear and tear. some of us ended up staying at the marriott down the st towards town. We were 7 girls there was 3 showers but in the main house you couldn’t use both at the same time and the other shower was on would come up into the sink?? idk why, probably normal for that area but not normal for us. . / honestly if this was 7 dudes they probably would have been fine. there was water leaking on the floor in the living rooms but only when it down poured. other issues to but nothing super serious. it was mostly the safety issue but we called our other halves that had their own house to come stay w us. or stayed at the marriott like i said before and still had a good time. but i would rate it a three if it was in a different area then i say 3.5/4.

The property is located in a great location within 15-20 mins to Old San Juan and nearby everything else. Ben was great with communicating with us when we had an issue and resolved it ASAP! Would definitely recommend this house!

Great house

We loved the house and the fact that it had a lot of outdoor area to enjoy. Puerto Rico’s power goes out a lot, but you do not have to worry about that with this house. It has a generator big enough to run the main house, studio and the outdoor area and pool!

Beautiful Puerto Rico Stay

This is a beautiful property, it met the needs of the three couples who stayed. Plenty of seating and sleeping places for everyone. It rained alot while we were there plus getting in and out of the pool made all th tile quite slippery. A squeegee to remove standing water off the tile would have really helped.We picked this property to be able to cook/eat in. A full size coffee maker, and more than one bowl and one wine glass would have really been appreciated.

Aesthetic without substance

This listing looks just like the pictures, and served our family quite well in terms of what we were looking for. We enjoyed the pool amenities, and appreciated the hosts welcome basket. My main complaint with this listing is that there was the bare minimum of EVERYTHING. 1) I messaged the owner the night we checked in because there was no bedding. It was a sheet and on each bed was a throw blanket. So everyone ended up sleeping with a sheet and throw blanket but it was not comfortable and I have a thing with the cleanliness of decorative blankets--do they get washed? 2) The kitchen was barely outfitted to cook in. As a family of 5 the main reason we book VRBO's over a hotel is for kitchen amenities, and this one was SPARSE. Beyond that anyone who really really wants to get a good nights sleep but can't sleep through a rooster crowing at 1AM, 3AM, 4AM and 6AM should book a different place and there was a rooster right outside the bedroom area and it happened every night we were there.

It was really a nice place to stay. The property was on a dead end street so there was not a problem with traffic. The neighborhood was quite. My complaint is the ants but the owner sprayed when requested.

Beautiful house just needs the little details

We were a family of 7 who stayed for 9 nights. The house is beautiful and large enough to fit us all comfortably. The location is very walkable to beach, restaurants and groceries. The house is in need of basic amenities you would typically find in a larger rental property. We contacted Ben our first day to request wine glasses, coffee cups and dish clothes. He delivered the requested items within the hour which was great. There were other kitchen items we wished we had to cook meals but adjusted our plans around the lack of those items. Specifically, we would have liked a regular sized coffee machine, blender, measuring cups, cookie sheet and more place settings. We would easily rate this home a 5 star once it is stocked to serve larger groups. Thank you Ben and we hope this feedback helps. Sharon
