With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and nearly 1,600 square feet of space, this is a great getaway for eight guests.
As you enter Palacio 1605, you will be amazed by the natural light pouring in from your balcony. Take in the panoramic views of the dazzling Gulf waters as you breathe in the fresh salt air. The balcony has plenty of comfortable seating for all your quests.

We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) and then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) and then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) and then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). Meanwhile, inside your condo, find everything you need to have a relaxing beach vacation. The living area has a comfortable sectional couch and additional chairs for lounging. There is also a desk area with amazing views of the gulf waters below.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances to allow you to cook amazing meals, whether you want to prepare a simple lunch for the beach or create a gourmet meal. There is a dining room table and kitchen bar counter with room to seat eight.
The master bedroom offers peaceful views of the Gulf and has an adjoining master bathroom. The master bed has comfortable bedding and there is a flat screen tv where you can enjoy a late-night movie. There are two sink vanities in the master suite. The master bathroom offers you the chance to relax in the spacious whirlpool tub. Also, in the master bathroom discover a large walk-in shower.
The first guest bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen tv and joins the full bath that is shared with the other guest bedroom. The second guest bedroom has full size bunk beds and a flat screen tv.
Be sure to check out Palacio’s resort amenities during your stay! From beachfront pools to an on-site fitness center, Palacio has it all. Take the resort’s private boardwalk directly to the beach, where you’ll want to lounge in the sand all day long. Then, after a long day in the surf, host a family cookout at the community barbecue grills. There are also community tennis courts for you to enjoy across the street.
If you’re looking for a tranquil beach vacation, then Perdido Key is certainly the place to have one. Visit the Gulf Islands National Seashore, where you can swim, fish, and much more. During your hike at nearby Big Lagoon State Park, you’ll even get the chance to see some local wildlife! Nearby dining and entertainment will truly accent your beach vacation. Walk across the street to the Villagio shopping complex where you will find shopping and local restaurants.
