The Space:

Palacio 905 is a beautifully decorated condo located directly on the beach in Perdido Key and boasting incredible coastline views of the crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches.



With a king bed in the primary bedroom, a king bed in one guest bedroom, a twin-over-full bunk bed in the additional bedroom, along with a queen sofa bed in the living room, your crew will have ample space and privacy. The primary bedroom offers a luxurious experience with a Gulf-view sitting area, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub, walk-in shower, and a double vanity.



The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage space, as well as all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite meals. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room where you'll find a 65-inch TV and plenty of space for the whole family to gather.



You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October.

What a wonderful week spent at the Palacio in Perdido Key. Our room was clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beautiful beach and pool! Definitely be back for a return visit!

Girls trip

The property is very pretty and quiet location. We did struggle with the WY-Fi and the bunk beds were very uncomfortable and unstable. We ended up just using the couch bed instead of other room.

This is the second time we've stayed in this building. We really like it a lot! For this particular condo, I would suggest purchasing some new kitchen items.

The unit was as advertised. It was clean, well equipped and nicely located. The beds were comfortable and we really liked the large shower in the master bedroom. The beach and accompanying chairs/umbrella were excellent. We love Perdido!

The condo is very nice and clean. The only downfalls are that the beds are rock hard and you have to get up at 5:45am to get in line for beach chairs if you don’t want to end up in the 3rd row of beach chairs.

2024 Spring Break

Great Condo! Had a couple minor issues that we taken care of right away by Josh the property manager. He is on top of it. Would definitely stay here again in the future. The Condo had everything that you would need. Highly recommend!

Fun in the sun

Had a great time and will book again. Just make sure you take the following: Hand soaps for bathrooms, extra paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap and plastic utensils. There were not enough knives, forks or spoons.

Basic amenities

We feel all units should come with hair dryers in each bathroom. Had to find a store to buy one. The sink was stopped up when we first turned on the water and I had to get some debris out to allow flow of water. Our first morning, the Keurig Coffee maker didn’t work and all we had were K-cups. The electricity was out (that part of the beachfront) when we arrived back from the store with cold items. Fortunately, it did come back on. The stay ended better than we started.

Great beach vacation

The unit was just as described. Plenty of space and such beautiful views! The staff was nice and helpful. The pool and beach are super convenient to access and not too crowded. The unit only had four forks which seemed odd for its size, so plan to pack or buy some plastic utensils. I would say the beach service is a bit misleading if you want the opportunity to be up near the water. There are four rows of chairs, but when we asked about getting the two chairs/umbrella they said we would be on the fourth row our entire stay even though many of the chairs stayed empty the whole day. I’m not sure why. There is a small area where you can set up your own chairs/umbrellas and we utilized that space instead. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and will consider returning!

Family Vacation

Overall our trip was very enjoyable. Breath taking views! The property was somewhat comfortable. Unit serious needs and update. Linens on bed have been used numerous time. Clean but old. The couch and chairs are seriously in need of being replaced. Our behinds were so sore because the cushions had no support. The carpet is also in need of being replaced. Very dirty. The final thing that I have to comment on because it is totally misleading. is GULF FRONT CONDO W/ BEACH SETUP INCLUDED, NEAR ENTERTAINMENT, AND MORE! There was noooooo BEACH SETUP. I reached out to asked where it was but no one responded.
