Inside, the home offers about 1,500 square feet of comfortable living space, ideal for up to four adults and two kids. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the guest suite includes a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk setup, perfect for little ones.

The updated kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, plenty of counter space, and raised bar seating that makes it a hub for both cooking and conversation. The open floor plan flows into a relaxed living area, where a leather sectional and a 55" smart TV create the perfect spot to unwind.

Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.

Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
