This newly updated 2 bedroom 2 bath 1200 square foot condo will sleep up to 8 guests: Master bedroom king bed with pillowtop, 2nd bedroom new queen bed and a twin over full bunkbed and in the living room is queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded 5 inch mattress (NO SPRINGS!). Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Enjoy all your favorite TV shows from the new comfortable couches, large smart TV and cozy fireplace. Cooking in this beautiful kitchen with newer appliances, gorgeous new countertops along with plenty of storage for your food and endless dishes, pots, pans, coffee pot, crockpot, mini rice cooker, toaster, blender, mini waffle maker and more. It will be easy to make all your favorite dishes and drinks.

But most of your time will be spent out on the balcony enjoying that amazing view! The sunsets are spectacular! You can eat every meal out there. Your whole family can enjoy the view and sit under the fan on hot days, gliding in the two comfortable blue chairs or sit at the railing and look through the see-through tables to see what’s going on at the pools or what sea creatures you can spot in the Gulf. Regency Towers has fun activities scheduled weekly during the summer peak season. Some examples are karaoke, movies on the lawn and bingo! (events subject to change)
