This is a 1700 sq ft house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main level. There is another bedroom upstairs with 2 full size beds. The living room downstairs has windows across the back of the house that overlook the water as does 1 bedroom and dining area. There is an attached deck off the main level that overlooks the water and has an easy to access grill.
There are a lot of houses on Smith Lake without close ramp access and without cable internet. This property has both.

In the summer and winter you have deep water, you will have 1/2 mile of water view solid to the other shore. In the winter you still have 20+ feet of water off your dock.
