One garage assigned parking space and one uncovered assigned parking space (great for rooftop carriers or vehicles needing high clearance). Low-rise building with four floors situated on a very uncrowded wide part of the beach. There is an elevator too!The owner provides beach chairs and umbrellas. The building is located only four blocks from the Route 90 Bridge and is within walking distance of many popular restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues.
One dog might be permitted on a case-by-case basis. Message owner with weight and type of dog before booking.Please don't ask about multiple dogs.
Minimum age of 23 to rent: Unfortunately, Senior Week renters are not permitted in the building. You can bring your own sheets and bath towels or as an option , I have a set of sheets and towels as a convenience. Keep in mind though if you use my sheets and towels, You must wash and dry and put back in the closet before departing. . (Wash cycle and dry takes about 90 minutes )Remember, it’s a 11:00 am check out The 3 rd option on linens is rent linens and towels which includes making beds for a fee. I have partnered with a linen service in partnership with my cleaning company , who never disappoints. You would set this up directly with my partner . I would provide the contact info.
