We absolutely loved our stay at this rental! Quick access to the beach, all updated appliances, 3 beautiful decks to hang out on, and our dogs were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this rental, the host was extremely friendly and reached out to us to ensure that everything was to our liking, We would definitely book again!

Great location with 3 levels, each with a deck overlooking the ocean. Well equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Very nice vinyl flooring on the main level. The carpeting on the upper 2 levels is a bit worn and should probably be replaced with the same vinyl flooring as the main level.

Tom's Place

The views were as nice as advertised. The owner, Tom was very responsive to our requests and inquiries before, during and after our stay. We enjoyed our stay!

We did have a rocky start as the cleaning people couldnt clean prior to his arrival as the renter before him didnt leave untill 3 hours after check out time. We gave a credit and he and his wife cleaned so their understanding with that was appreciated. His week was a good one after and we did enjoys talking about many things which I hope helped make his stay fun.

Family vacation

Thus house was beautiful. It's three balconies were perfect. Two master bedrooms and a kids room that fit 5 teenagers perfectly. We couldn't have been happier with this home.

Beautiful Comfortable Convenient

We had a wonderful week. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Everything from bicycles and grill to pots and pans were thoughtfully provided. And then there was the view. Stunning ocean views. Walking distance Close to restaurants and shops

First time to Fenwick

Our stay at Tom's beach house was wonderful! We were 8 adults and 2 babies and 2 toddlers, and one very spoiled dog. We had everything we needed and the rooms were very clean with plenty of blankets, pillows, and sheets. The parking allowed for 4 cars. The air conditioning was great and the use of the grill was so helpful. Tom was always readily available for any questions we had. We had a great time as the distance to the beach is just steps away and the beach can be seen from all 3 decks. We would love to plan to come back again sometime!

Great location. Love Bunting Ave., it has the vibe of being a neighborhood by the beach because it was a good mix of locals and travelers. Beautiful walk up and down the neighborhood, great walking spot to many restaurants and activities. Great starting spot to visit other several beach cities also.

Great location!

The owner was so helpful start to finish! The closeness to the beach enhanced our short stay. Ocean views from balcony. Alittle dated, but that actually gave it a welcoming feel. I think it perhaps wasn't cleaned before we got there. Trash in bathroom cans and dishwasher full of dirty dishes? I don't know what happened but overall it was lovely. Thanks again Tom!

Great Location

This 3 story townhouse was perfect for our beach rental. There is a deck at each level …and it has ocean view with the top 2 decks . There is outdoor furniture on each deck. The kitchen is well stocked…2 nice size master bedrooms with bath, and the third bedroom has 2 bunkbeds with a hall bathroom. The place is very comfortable…it is carpeted throughout ….a bit stained and worn looking…but hard to prevent with a rental. All in all….it was a great rental…right across from the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location!

Such a fantastic neighborhood! Ample walking options with the four legged member of the family. We walked everywhere! Lots of dining and entertainment close by. The three levels and three decks let us spread out and enjoy some shade during the heat of the day. A sweet view to top it all off. The whole family was pleased and we hope to return in the near future.

Great location

Thomas was very responsive to any questions I had. Only complaint was the moldy shower liner in the master bedroom bath and lighting in the kitchen a little dim, otherwise, all good. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc. …which was important to us since we cook a lot. Size of place was comfortable for family of seven and dog. Beach access was conveniently located across the street. Highly recommend this property.

Great location near the beach never moved my car all week everything in walking distance. very relaxing. Grandkids loved the condo. I would go back there again.
