Marvelous Get Away In The Heart Of Fort Myers

This Marvelous Get Away In The Heart OF Fort Myers is the perfect get away! This suite has it's own private entrance, no shared spaces, it's own private parking on premise, granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, full bath, hardwood floors and a shaded outdoor sitting area beneath a coconut tree. The neighborhood is shaped like a horseshoe, with it being almost exactly 1/2 a mile from Mark Lane cul-de-sac to Scott Lane cul-de-sac, perfect for walking a few miles before bedtime. A bike can take you to the six mile Cypress bike trail, or John Yarbrough bike trail, the 6 mile Slough wildlife preserve, or any number of other outdoor adventures. You can even walk to the Whole Foods Market plaza that is full of many restaurants and shopping outlets.
Just across the street from Whole Foods is Publix, along with many other restaurants, shopping outlets as well as a gym. We are located no more than a 5-10 minute drive to Hammond Stadium and Lee Health Sports Complex. RSW Airport is and Downtown Fort Myers are located just a short 15 minute drive away. Fort Myers and Sanibel beach are between a 30-40 minute drive away depending on the traffic. Gulf Coast Medical Center and Lee Memorial Health are within walking distance or a short drive away.

Yana was an outstanding host, very responsive and so sweet! Even gave us tips on where to go in town and showed us around! The place was perfect for 2, we stayed for about 2 months and have zero complaints. Water pressure was great, also has simple necessities like a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave and etc. the area was very nice- walkable neighborhood, only a few minutes from Whole Foods and Cava. Perfect if you are looking for a comfortable spot just outside of town! Cannot recommend enough!

Very clean rooms. Grocery store near by. Quiet Neighborhood.Had everything we needed for the morning - coffee and a quick snack. The only (small) negative was the bed was a bit too soft and the air conditioner was a bit loud when turning on and off. Would stay there again.

Very clean, neat, had all I needed. I was there for a three day conference, so I ate out mostly, but there was a mini fridge to store my leftovers and a toaster oven and microwave to heat them up. I brought my own coffee and filters, but that was available if I had not. Highly recommended, especially if you have business on or near the Daniels Parkway area.

Perfect Extended Stay

Yana is absolutely the best host! I stayed here one night a few months ago with my Mom when we were in town for an event. This time my stay was just for myself for 32 nights while I was in town for school. The neighborhood is super safe, and located close to everything. I definitely recommend this suite to anyone that needs a place to stay in the area.

Perfect One Night Stay

My adult daughter and I spent one night here in March of 2025. Yana was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our check in process was incredibly smooth. While the room is small, it is perfect for a single traveler or couple to enjoy. The area was close to a lot of the activities we wanted to attend and the atmosphere was charming and secure. The bathroom was larger than we expected. I’m very glad we chose to stay here and we would happily choose this location again.

Quiet and pleasant

It was perfect location for two person trying to relax and enjoy the west coast of Fort Myers area.It is a little far away from the beach but we did a lot of sightseeing in sanibel and Fort Myers.and we found great places to eat. great

Very small, little outdated by look of door locks and vents. Ants and a roach found, but didn't bother me. Also woke up to a very loud noise our last day in another room with people talking late at night. However, had a good stay. Comfortable bed, great bathroom. Had privacy and close to the college for the price. I recommend if you are looking for a cheaper place.

The property is located in a great location close to many things I could hear what the family was doing, talking and their ice maker which was annoying the property is an addition to a family house. I was not comfortable and I will not go back

Not as represented.

This property was not as it was represented in the listing. I figured based on other reviews it would be decent, but it was not. I did not feel safe here and did not like the first room i saw. Yana let me see another room and there were dead cockroaches under the sofa bed. Yana was very nice and commutative, however i was not able to get a full refund and had to pay a TON of money when I didn’t even stay for one night.

Owner was very nice but we were somewhat disappointed

The place was ok but not as attractive as decsribed, interior looks identical to photos but when we arrived on site, we were a bit disappointed by the exterior.... It was our first time with Vrbo and realized that for a 1 night stay it ends up not being a deal at all when you add the adm fees + cleaning fees which were more than the rental fees...we could have stayed at an hotel for same price. Vrbo should regulate the cleaning fees for 1 night stay which are too expensive considering that we had to call the owner about issues with the poor quality of the cleaning and the unlockable window on ground level which she took care of immediately and gave us a refund on the stay as a compensation. Overall Yana was nice and quick to respond back when we contacted her and handled the issues right away.

Very nice spot. The only thing I couldn't find was controls for the air conditioning. Otherwise, the space, though small*, was perfect for my needs. There was a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster oven as well as a variety of sundries to supplement snacks and breakfast. *The size would be equivalent to a standard hotel room.

Another great experience!

This is my second time with Yana and she’s absolutely amazing. She’s available day or night, she makes sure you have everything you need to feel at home, and she’s an absolute angel! I will continue staying with her. My only complaint is that this smaller room got VERY hot. A window or portable AC unit would be extremely helpful as the central air thermostat isn’t in the room. But other than that, an amazing experience once again!

We love our neighborhood! We love to take a brisk walk every evening while admiring the beautiful sunset, well kept and unique houses in our neighborhood, and enjoying the sweet tunes of the birds singing. (Walking from cul-de-sac to cul-de-sac is exactly one mile.) Our neighborhood not only makes for the perfect escape from the busy city but it is also among the safest! In the 7 years of us living here we have never had any issues with criminals, thanks to Lee County Sheriff watch that patrol our neighborhood often.

We are a quiet escape from the busy city of Fort Myers! We have a lovely garden with a pond and waterfall along with seating to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings.
We are also within walking distance to many shopping outlets, restaurants and hospitals.
