was in town for the Sanford / Orlando airshow, this was the perfect spot to stay, nice neighborhood, close to great restaurants, nice and quiet, hidden gem

Cottage was indeed cozy. A perfect place for short term stay. Quiet neighborhood and space for a dog to walk. Bob was very accommodating and helpful, easy to communicate with.

There was a leak at the cottage but the owner let us know then helped us stay in his other rental so that we could attrnd my brother's memorial service with no concerns. The host was very friendly, the other place was clean, well located, and super relaxing considering how emotional of a weekend it was. Would definitely recommend and will stay again!!

This little gem was everthing i needed and Bob was so kind and helpful to me with a last minute booking and worked with me on arrival and departure. I truly appreciate his kind consideration and working with me as i found myself in a difficult housing situation. Would definately stay here again

Great little cottage in peaceful setting

I originally intended to stay at one of the hotels for a class reunion, however, my dog sitter cancelled on me last minute and was excited to find this little gem that allowed dogs! The property manager was very easy to communicate with and I felt very welcomed from the minute I booked until I left! It's a cute place and although I was a little skeptical sleeping in a bunk bed, the bed was comfy and cozy and I slept great! I also highly recommend the Latin American restaurant down the street from the cottage. Best coffee I've had and the breakfast sandwich was out of this world!! Overall, a great and laid-back experience. The location is very central, located in a very peaceful location and accessible to shopping, etc.
