Smart touch screen thermostat for easy adjusting cold or heat to your liking. Freshly renovated bathtub for unwinding after a day of exploring and a JOLIE filtered shower head providing filtered water without metals or chemicals for your hair and face. 1 kayak and paddle are provided and highly recommended to take a nice lap around the lake for breathtaking views in the middle of the lake. Full kitchen feel free to use any spices or oils to cook that you find. Easy code self check in for fast easy access to the property. This lake house was perfect! Beautiful view, super easy check-in/out, very clean. The house is super attentive and helpful. We followed his advice and went to green springs park, beautiful!

Our host was very accommodating with us bringing our three dogs. The house was great and everything we needed. We will definitely be returning to stay here the next time we are in town!

You stayed a week never complained to me once despite me asking how everything was. Not sure what “not so much” means, in the messages after this review I asked and you said “tripping hazards” not even sure what that means 4/10 is very unfair but take care mike

We had a Great time at Peter's place! He was super responsive to any questions, everything was as stated. The backyard was a beautiful sanctuary after a busy day. Everything we needed was there to cook, watch our streaming shows and enjoy comforts of home! Neighborhood was calm and tucked away. Neighbors were pleasant. Highly Recommend this rental.

Communication was amazing. Unfortunately, the air vent when entering the property had a qtr inch of dust on it which I needed up trying to clean myself. Otherwise the home was clean inside. The listing noted kayak use but there is no way to access the water as there is immense overgrowth leading down to it. The back porch screen door and fencing on the property was hanging by a literal thread like a massive storm came through. Again with so little options in the area the place was clean and the owner was great to communicate with.

Great little neighborhood. Walmart, publics, and restaurants are all less than 4 miles away. The house always stayed cool and comfortable for us with the summer heat. Peter maintained contact and responded in a very timely matter, he was definitely a pleasure to do business with .

Long time smokers lived there. Host was attentive, but the smell of cigarettes was in the walls and I can smell it in my CPAP when I got home. A coat of Kilz on the walls and ceilings might knock it back

This is completely unfair and an outright lie. I asked you multiple times how was your stay you told me everything was great then weeks after your stay you leave a false review? No one’s ever smoked in this house there was a guest right after you and right before you, the cleaners come every time and I personally stay at the house and there was no smoke smell and no one’s ever said anything about smoke smell

My young son and I needed a place to stay during a much needed vacation. Peters place offered a very comfortable environment for us and our dog. It was cozy and Peter is an excellent host. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area. Its really conveniently located to alot of shopping and activities. For the fisherman the pond has some nice bass and if you give the next door kid some hooks and bobbers he'll show you where the lunkers are.
