Our Villa has a outstanding view to La Romana Country Club Golf coarse, its in a relaxing quiet area, 5 min.golf cart ride to Minitas Beach. Open comun areas. Pool and Jaccuzi.
Oversize Master suite with TV area.
We have a home Theater with 7 seats.

Except on furniture and beds.
I arrange everything for you.
Transfers, golf cart rental, boat rental, restaurant reservations, will sent you a house food menu, Menu for Massages and facials home spa service.
You can sent me a pre arrival shopping list for arrival day and first breakfast a couple days before arrival.
When you arrive we will have a welcome cocktail and snak on the house ready for you. Once you get to the Villa, our house butler is your english speaking talk to person for everything inside the house, meal coordinatin and food shopping. Staff of Butler, made, chef work included from 8 am to 5 pm.
If you like to dine in, please let the Butler know in time for preparation. Please make sure to pay them in cash for extra hours.
Staff rates: 5pm-9:45pm
1-10 guest 100 USD
11-18 guest 150 USD
19-22 guest 200 USD

After 10 pm
10 USD each staff member per hour.
I will be checking in on you to make sure everything is at your convenience during your stay.

When you arrive to Casa de Campo, they will charge resort fee 25 USD for every person over 13 years and 15 USD for children 4-12 years of adge upon arrival.
After 1.february 2026 they charge 30 USD for every person over 13 years and 15 USD for children 4-12 years of adge upon arrival.
The rate is based on 14 guests. We ocationally accept.adicional guest with a 50 USD adicional guest fee per guest per night.

We had a great stay with 13 family members from age 14 to 88. Nicole was very helpful with advance info and some reservations. Daniel the butler was very easy to work with for planing meals and going to the store etc. We had breakfast at home every day and four dinners at home. The food was wonderful and sitting all around the outside table was a highlight. The house was great with lots of space for a large group to be together or be apart.

Perfect location for all activities

This was a perfect location for our family visit to Casa de Campo with easy access to Altos, the Marina, Minitas Beach and golf courses. Nicole was a terrific local host who made all arrangements go seamlessly and was very responsive to inquiries and requests for suggestions or assistance. House staff is lovely and attentive. A wonderful stay!

A perfect place

This villa is extremely well laid out. A lot of separate areas for all the members of the family to read, play, talk, eat or drink. The bedrooms are very large and comfortable. Each room has their own A/C so that you can adjust the temperature to your liking. Daniel and his team are an incredibly friendly staff. Their cooking is gourmet style. They clean the rooms every day. And Nicole was a very effective property manager.

Amazing stay with large group

We just returned from a stay here with 10 adults and 7 teenagers. The house is amazing with a perfect location, its great outdoor spaces, and spacious bedrooms. But what makes this house is the staff. Nicole was an enormous help from start to finish, making sure that check-in was smooth and ensuring that we had reservations for dinners and excursions. Daniel and the house team made sure that we didn't want for anything. They stocked the house with our desired groceries, cooked all of our breakfasts/two dinners, and made sure that everyone had cocktails when needed. We all agreed that it was one of our best resort villa stays ever.

Exceptional Home and Staff

We just enjoyed our fifth vacation with friends at Casa de Campo and 15 VistaMar has been our best experience yet! We shared this spacious house with 6 other couples and had plenty of room. The house has ample social space both inside and out and the majestic sunset views over the golf course were a daily highlight. The bedrooms each had access to the outside, which was a plus, and private bathrooms. There was also an additional full bath off the social space which came in handy. We spent a lot of time out by the large gorgeous pool and hot tub and there was an additional dining area under a thatched roof between the pool and golf course. The staff was amazing and so hospitable! Nicole helped arrange in-home massages and was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Daniel and his staff arrived each morning to make sure the house was cleaned and prepared each day. They made sure we had all the requested groceries/foods prepared and at our fingertips and kept all our laundry washed and folded. Traveling home with a suitcase full of clean clothes was a huge plus! All in all, we were very impressed with the property and the stellar service…highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time spending a week at this property. We were a family of 16 and the management and staff helped make our vacation as relaxing as possible. Out of this world

Our experience at this property was amazing! The staff was out of this world. Nicole was very attentive and helpful with everything that we needed. The same goes with the staff. Daniel has a heart gold. Everything that we would ask for he would make it happen of course alongside the other staff members. The location was perfect. The house was very well kept clean and organized. It was perfect for the size of the group that we had. We enjoyed every minute of it. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house & pool— great location. Comfortably fits 16 guests. Loved every minute of our stay. There was a bit of miscommunication regarding staff responsibilities (was told the staff would go grocery shopping, but they were reluctant). Chef & housekeeper we’re incredible. Three weeks in paradise!

We had a wonderful stay at Vista Mar 15. This was our sixth trip to Casa De Campo and we have stayed in many different villas. This was our first stay at Vista Mar 15. The property exceeded our expectations in every regard. The home was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The pool and cabana were great for entertaining or lounging. The property’s central location at Casa De Campo was perfect to access the beach, golf courses, hotel, and marina. The staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. Our property manager, Nicole, was friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive to all of our needs during our vacation. Our two chefs, Teudy and Ozzy were superb. They prepared a varied menu of Dominican and American dishes that were delicious and enjoy by all our quests. Overall this year rates as our best experience at Casa de Campo. And that’s saying a lot since we’ve never had a bad experience in the many years we have vacationed there.
