Perfect

This house is perfect. It was clean and spacious just for my family. The location was quiet yet not far from the highways. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Competition/spring break

We had an amazing stay. The beds were super comfortable after long days at cheer competition. We also enjoyed walking the neighborhood with our dogs. Amber was outstanding and responding quickly to anything we may need or questions. Would definitely recommend this property!

I brought my father to Texas for his birthday because he had never been before. Our trip was canceled last minute on another app and we were able to book this location effortlessly. The owner was very responsive to any questions that I had. The house was comfortable and homey. We really enjoyed our stay here and were extremely satisfied with the accommodations.

Clean but not for cooking

The house is clean. The neighborhood is super clean and friendly. All of the Christmas lights in the neighborhood cheered our evening walks. My only warning is if you like to cook in your Vrbos, this isn't the house for you. We had to modify all of our menus and make an emergency trip to the grocery store due to the lack of pots, pans, and ovenware.

Home and amenities not maintained. Amenities listed weren't there. No desk chair, no iron, no coffee pot, no toaster. Very few table setting dishes, utensils, serving dishes, coffee mugs. For a home that advertises it sleeps 7 it seems very poorly managed to have 3 coffee mugs, 3 plates, 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for 4 days and one roll of paper towels. Also, not one hand towel in bathrooms, no wash cloths, and no bar soap in either bathroom.There was a water softener system but it wasn't working and neither was the RO system at kitchen sink. The refrigerator had an ice maker that wasn't working. It didn't appear to be hooked up. The house was in okay working order but needed maintenance as did the deck which was nothing but a liability. Boards were warped so badly it was dangerous. Toilet in primary bath leaked at the base. Back door leaked after the rain. Thank goodness there were 6 bathtowels because we had to use 3 of them to soak up water. Hostess eventually answered our messages and calls after our disappointing check-in and agreed to bring us a toaster, coffee pot, a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and 2 bars of bathsoap. She had it delivered within the hour. It's just common sense to me that if someone gives you a bad review regarding lack of amenities perhaps you should correct the issue. She obviously cares for her guests the same way she cares for her home, or not. We took many pics which I will not likely post unless I need to.

Nice space, but sparse

Positives: Amber, the owner, was responsive whenever we contacted her. The property itself was very clean and comfortable for two of us. We got there, and the coffee machine was not working ... there was one delivered the same day. There was a thunderstorm and the lights went out in parts of the house. Amber came the following day to right the fuses. Negatives: We found the kitchen especially to be sparse in terms of items. For example, the listing is billed as suitable for six people, however, there were only 4 chairs at the table, and no folding chairs even that you could bring to the table. If you've rented a house, it stands to reason that you will be eating at home and doing some cooking. However, there was no salad bowl, there were only 2 knives, very few spoons, no wine glasses. The pots and pans were really not in great shape. When we rent, we do like to ensure that the house remains clean throughout our stay. However, there was no broom or dustpan at our disposal. The bedrooms are comfortable and the beds comfortable. However, the one in the master bedroom is extremely high off the ground (higher than normal). Perhaps a footstool in the bedroom would be an asset. In terms of location, we were close to the expressway and we did have to drive everywhere. No public transport to get into city centre. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. But, if there had been more people, it would have been less comfortable.

Perfect house for our Vacation

This house made our vacation relaxing and gave us bonding time with the kids. It's clean and safe. The open layout allowed us to cook and bond together also. I would definitely rent from Amber again!!!

Great Place

Very clean home in a nice new area. This is a residence, not a commercial rental property, so it was in excellent shape and photos were legit. 3rd bed was an air mattress with an inflatable headboard that held up well for the weekend. Backyard is nice for pets, smaller dogs will need assistance getting to the grass and back from the deck, currently there are no stairs and it’s about a 2-3 ft step down. Overall great place to stay and a convenient location right off 1604 loop. Highly recommended.
