Cozy Family Home Close to NB, SA, and RAFB

A cozy, comfortable, and recently updated retreat close to the beautiful culture and entertainment of New Braunfels and San Antonio. This home was thoughtfully designed for guests to experience a home away from home as they enjoy the surrounding areas or relax after a word day. Each bedroom boasts blackout curtains, extra blankets/sheet sets, lots of pillows, lamps, and a closet for storage. The bathrooms are loaded with plenty of white, soft, and fluffy towels. You will not run out of towels! Complimentary Tide and Bounce dryer sheets for washer/dryer are available for your convenience. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are also available in the both bathrooms. The kitchen has all the kitchen items you need to bake or make a meal for your family. All-Clad name brand pots and pans, Keurig, toaster, blender, and slow drip coffee maker for your comfort. You'll love this family friendly and safe neighborhood with the police station around the block. The house backs up to a greenbelt, small park, neighborhood pool, and award winning disc golf course all within a block walking distance.
The PInkdoor Home is conveniently located near I-35, FM1604, Randolph AFB and 5 minutes aways from IKEA San Antonio. This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with living area seating to sit all 8 guest, fully fenced backyard, covered patio is your next home away from home. You'll find everything you need for a cozy and comfortable stay. Great for pilots, families, or group of friends. The one care garage, driveway, and curbside are available for parking.
The PInkdoor Home is a few minutes away from great restaurants and shopping at the Forum. The home is conveniently located 20-30 minutes from any place you could want to be in the San Antonio area.

From the ease of check-in to the soft, fluffy beds and towels, a pleasure to stay here and have all my children together, absolutely loved it!!! Safe and clean neighborhood. Close to shopping and freeways. Host is very welcoming and attentive!

Greatly Pleased!!!

Excellent stay! Everything was clean, fresh, nice and comfortable. Host very responsive, considerate and accommodating. Entire family had a great time. Will return and use the Pink Door House again in the future.

Close to everything

The house was clean. Nice layout for a family, and neighborhood is close to stores, restaurants, coffee and freeways. House has everything you need. Nice big back yard and covered porch for nice weather.

This was a great place for my family with enough room for us all to sleep comfortably. Host responded quickly. Plenty of towels and linens. Nothing within walkable distance but many amenities within a close drive.

Wonderful house and backyard!

This house is wonderful! Very clean and has the needed necessities with a beautiful large backyard and lovey screen porch. In a beautiful neighborhood and provided extras that most houses don’t like shampoo, cream rinse, garage access for parking and even a welcome basket with delicious popcorn! Really nice touches to make the stay even better! The host was wonderful and super quick to respond!

Other than the random vape we found under the couch when we were cleaning up, getting ready to leave, it was a great stay. Neighborhood seemed a bit older but everyone we ran into was very nice! We did see a number of roley poley bugs in the house every morning, but my husband swept them up and put the back outside. Other than that.. it was great. We would stay again!!

Perfect location for our Rodeo Adventure

We came to town to attend the San Antonio Rodeo and concert and this house was a great spot to stay. We wanted to be close to things but out of traffic and congestion. The house was the perfect size for our group of six. Everyone had plenty of space and we loved the big table to sit around and catch up from the day. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to access. I have to agree with a previous reviewer, the towels were fluffy and great. Also having access to the washer and dryer was a huge plus for allowing us to pack lighter for our seven day trip. Elsa was easy to work with and kept us up to date on check in. The chips and salsa were a lovely touch, everyone wanted to go to HEB and grab an extra jar for home. Next trip we will definitely stay here.

Great stay!

The house was a perfect landing spot for our party of 6 during our week in San Antonio. It’s situated in a quiet, nice neighborhood with easy access to the interstate. It was convenient having use of the 1-car garage. While the house is on the small side, we were grateful it had 4 comfortable bedrooms, comfortable seating in the living room, and the 8-person dining table was bigger than expected. We weren’t home much during the day (and some evenings) so the size of the house wasn’t a big factor for us. Communication with the owner was excellent, and really met our need to get into the house earlier than expected (since our flight landed so early). She also provided complimentary bottled waters and a big bag of popcorn on arrival. Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay there again.

There for Lackland AFB Graduation (TOO FAR)

Property was nice. It was cute and met out needs. The yard could have been cleaned up. There were a lot of limbs and branches down in the yard that my grandson and people fell over and got scratched on. There was a small badminton set int the back yard but almost all of the rackets were messed up. We had a good time with it anyways. When I booked it, I thought it said it was close to Lackland AFB but after booking it and actually checking the addresses better, it was actually further from the base than we would have liked. It was a nice place and had all of the necessities.
