Log Cabin offre une vue fantastique, avec la vie privĂ©e sur un flanc de la montagne sereine. Bercer par les brises de montagne vaporeux fraĂźches et les sons de la riviĂšre en contrebas. Sur le porche arriĂšre couverte, vous dĂ©tendre dans plusieurs rockers journaux et regarder les nuages ​​flottent et les toits en constante Ă©volution des Smoky Mountains. BBQ vos prises de la journĂ©e ou votre viande prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e sur le Grilll; ou profiter de pique-nique sur la table de pique-nique Amish sur le porche arriĂšre. Installez-vous confortablement devant la cheminée en pierre. 2-Satellite TV avec DVD & VHS avec bibliothÚque de films kid-friendly. Nous avons un peu plus de 1 gigaoctet de données disponibles par nuit de séjour; et nous pouvons obtenir plus sur demande pour une somme modique.

Juste en bas de la pittoresque 4 mile route aprÚs deux chutes d'eau étonnantes (photo ci-dessous) est le site de lancement pour le rafting la Nantahala. Seulement 4 miles l'autre sens est le magnifique lac Nantahala. Trois sociétés rafting à proximité de conduire. CNP environ 6 miles à partir du site de lancement de la riviÚre. ** Note, l'pentes raides sur notre gravier, route de montagne ont été récemment ouvert qui devrait rendre notre route praticable par tout véhicule 4-6 de cylindre.

Yes, she was quick with response to question. Everything was as listed. Very clean. Be sure and get your instructs to get in before you get within about 30 minutes and there is no cell service to look.

This cabin was cute and cozy ! The view off the back porch was amazing as well ! It was perfect for our week getaway to see peak colors. The kitchen is plenty stocked will all your basic needs to cook. Although I do recommend bringing your own spices if you’re particular about what you use. The host was 10/10 with communication and is very nice !

We love this property!! Such a serene, quiet, comfortable, cozy cabin with an amazing view. Love the back porch with rocking chairs and awesome farm table. We ate there almost every day. The surrounding area is just great for fishing, hiking, going into Bryson City or the NOC. So fun!

A little slice of heaven

We totally enjoyed our stay. The porch had the most beautiful long range peaceful views. The cabin was well stocked and our host was responsive. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway.

Nice Getaway and Views!

We had a wonderful weekend visit at the cabin. The views and mountain air were so nice. The cabin is cute and quaint and comfortable. The drive up Wayah Rd is breathtaking of the river! So many waterfalls. We enjoyed fishing and river rafting and sight seeing while there. Be sure to bring what you need or grab on the way in a town since there are no gas stations or stores within 20-30 minutes.

Beautiful Cabin

Everything was very nice. The cabin is very comfortable and clean. The view is amazing. The mountains are beautiful. We were attending a wedding and did not have much time to take advantage of the beautiful location, hiking, waterfalls. The information about the WiFi code that was sent to me on VRBO was inaccurate, but the correct information was posted in the cabin. It was the perfect place to come back to after hectic wedding activities and then after a beautiful ceremony and reception.

Memorial trip

Our trip was to remember my son whose ashes were scattered at the waterfall on Wayah Rd. The cabin was a perfect pick for us and was wonderful with stunning views from the back deck. We appreciate the opportunity to stay at this beautiful cabin and it will definitely be our choice to stay every year from now on. It is close to the waterfall and we could visit often during our stay.

Million Dollar View!!

The property was nice but the view
.literally a million dollar view! The road up to the cabin was a bit dicey and we were in a 4 wheel drive truck. Don’t recommend driving up at night or in bad weather. Once you reached the cabin it was worth it! The cabin had what we needed for a comfortable stay. We chose this cabin for solitude & reflection and it was exactly perfect. I definitely recommend stopping at Ingles prior to going up to the cabin. The closest market is at least 20-30 mins away. There were MANY waterfalls and hiking trails close to the cabin, within 3-4 miles. There was also lots of rafting and trout fishing which is what the area is known for. All in all a lovely getaway. Thank you Judy!

Met our needs

The cabin was as described and had all we needed to cook dinner our first night there. I do wish we had realized that there are no towns close by and no stores. The deck outside was perfect to enjoy the mountain view and cool crisp air!

Fall Get-Away

We were thrilled with our visit to this cabin! It was cozy with an awesome mountain decor. It was very well stocked and had a fabulous back deck/porch with a stunning view of the mountains. The weather was perfect and we ate out on the back porch and took our dog for lots of walks around the mountain. This is the perfect place to get away from it all and relax.

Great cabin with a wonderful view.

This property is up where you can see the valley and the mountains across from it. It’s quiet with everything you need for a short, medium or long stay. We unplugged as well as watched the NFL season opener. Day trips nearby and further are spectacular.

Great location for outdoor adventures.

Nearby you have Lake Nanthaha, Nanthahala River, Bryson City, hiking to observation towers, mountain biking and about 1:15 from Ocoee River. Beautiful country.

Mountain top road

It was great. Driving into town was beautiful and the people were so nice. Only one complaint was the lighting in the bathroom was lacking. They could use more.

Breathtaking View

The view was exceptional. Cabin was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and grilling out while looking at the beautiful mountains. Slept well in the king bed upstairs.

Beautiful view!

The view is spectacular. The cabin is clean and very cozy. There is plenty of hiking trails nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much, and spent a ton of time out on the porch enjoying the view. A qarning about the driveway up to the cabin: its steep and curvy. Highly recommend doing it in daylight the first time. We had our Camaro with us and it made the trip up the hill without any problem.

Amazing cabin with beautiful view

The cabin was very nice and well maintianed. The back porch view was truly amazing durning the fall colors. The road to the cabin is not motorcycle acessible unless using a small trailer to pull bikes up and down. Great location for the lake and a Wayah rd is a must to travel on and take time to enjoy. I would recommend and revisit this cabin. No cell phone service for us in the cabin (verizon).

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin is as beautiful as the pictures if not more. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials that you need to cook. One suggestion is to bring a few extra trash bags as the accumulation of trash can happen fast if you are cooking for a family and although there are trash sites on certain days, it was a bit of a challenge for us. But we made it work. The other is, definitely want to arrive in daylight your first day. We didn't get there till 10pm and the road was a bit scary. However, after your first time you will be okay. The host was very responsive and quickly.

Best place and view ever!

We have stayed at this wonderful home for a month on three different occasions in the last three years. It is everything the write-up describes and much, much more. The view is the best one we’ve ever had, and we’ve been coming to the Nantahala Gorge area for at least 15 years. The house is comfortable and well stocked and there is a lovely one mile walk up and back down the mountain right out the door. I can’t say enough about this place and it’s owner, who communicates quickly when needed!

We have 5 children, and our 6th has 4 legs. Owning this cabin has allowed us to experience the majesty & beauty of God's creation. We love to whitewater raft, hike through the mountains, and cook s'mores around the outdoor fire pit. Being from "flat" FL where the seasons are: hot or not-so-hot(Lol), we wanted to experience mountains, real seasons, and the breath-taking colors of fall. Watching the sunset on our back porch is also a highlight. We love it here, and want to share the experience with you.

We're close to the put-in for whitewater rafting and the Nantahala Lake Marina. Numerous spots to hike are nearby. Its a great place to let your children run and explore the great outdoors. And get away from the business of life, relax in one of the rocker on the back porch, sip a cup of coffee, and enjoy your family.

Our family loves the outdoors and the incredible sites in the mountains. There's white water rafting, hiking to see breathtaking waterfalls & the panoramic views at the tops of the mountains, gem mining, tubing in Deep Creek in Bryson City, horseback riding in Robinsville, and much more. Catching a glimpse of 'real' deer has been thrilling for my children. This is a peaceful & friendly town. We enjoy it so much and want to share it with others!
