Enjoy uninterrupted views of the Atlantic right from your balcony—perfect for watching breathtaking sunrises. Just steps away, you can cross the street to play in the waves at North Beach. Since it’s a tidal beach, you might want to head over to nearby Hampton Beach during high tide—it is only a 1.5 miles away.
We. are located on the quieter end of Hampton, so our place offers peaceful relaxation while still being close to the action of. the vibrant Hampton Beach boardwalk, with its restaurants and shops. As well as Portsmouth, Kittery, and even Boston are within an easy drive.

Just pack your flip flops and settle into a perfect coastal getaway. If this unit isn’t available, don’t worry—we have another one. Reach out and we’ll be happy to help!

Great location and everything you need in a studio apartment for a short stay. Well decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable which is a big plus for us because we struggle with sleeping well when we travel. Great view of the ocean and the balcony had nice chairs and table to enjoy coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. Parking was very convenient and the owners very responsive.

PERFECT NORTH BEACH STAY

This condo was exactly what we wanted for my husband and myself. The view was simply amazing, and the deck was so great to have to relax.

A wonderful place to stay

We stayed during the Labor Day weekend. It's a great location! The beach is right across the street with easy access, the boardwalk is within walking distance. the view is wonderful, at night you can see the moon shining over the water. Great breakfast place also within walking distance. very kid-friendly, overall a wonderful place to stay! The property manager is very responsive and on top of everything.

Fantastic

The location was ideal for what we had planned and coming back each day to the beach view, sounds of the waves, and the breeze was just what we needed to relax and recharge. We visited places in NH, VT, MA, and ME during our stay and getting to each from this location was simple. The space was just the right size for the two of us. When we vacation in the area again this is where we will stay.

Vacation

Breathtaking view, waking up to waves crashing and drinking coffee on every morning was so relaxing. Walking across the street to the beach that was not crowded was a delight. Building was clean and quiet. The unit had everything we needed and could of wanted for a delightful vacation. Did not want to leave and definitely want to return.

Ocean view and endless waves!

What an awesome property! I brought my mom on this trip to visit her siblings and chose this location because it’s the town she grew up in! It was so much more than I had hoped for! Loved at the elevator, as it was easy for my mom to get around the property. Our view was spectacular and we were able to hear the ocean 24/7. It was truly therapeutic for both of us! The host couldn’t have been nicer, and was very welcoming! Hoping for many more stays at this adorable condo!
