Cette récemment rénové appartement d'une chambre peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 et dispose d'une cuisine complète (comptoirs en granit et tous les nouveaux appareils), laveuse / sécheuse, et un pont arrière où vous pouvez regarder le coucher de soleil. Well located; walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The property was clean, well maintained and well stocked with everything a family would need for a few days. The property owners were great hosts and my family really enjoyed our interactions with them. Thanks for being part of a great vacation!

Cute spot on the strip

It was a little small for 5, but we made it work !!! It was close to the beach and boardwalk, and we where able to bring our small dog which was nice.

Great apartment with all the needed amenities- short walk to beach and Hampton Beach restaurants. Owner was very helpful. Only two concerns- Gerti g into parking lot is tricky and noise from karaoke bar was distracting- but only on Saturday night- ear plugs were provided!

Wonderful accommodations

The place very clean and cozy. Richard was very helpful and offered to help with anything we need durning our stay. The place had everything you needed! It was great! Definitely will stay here again. We said to leave today we wished we had booked a extra night.

Great!

Everything was great, 3 min walk to the beach. Apartment had everything you could think of. Only air conditioning in the bedroom so the living room did get warm, but there were plenty of fans. Being able to bring my dog was a big plus. Rooftop area was fun to bbq (grill provided) and watch the fireworks. We will stay here again when we return to Hampton Beach.

Fabulous place!

This condo is really wonderful! In a fantastic spot and has all the amenities you could possibly need (including umbrellas by the door for the rain.). The owner is super responsive and really makes things perfect. This is the second time we have stayed here and plan to be back next summer! Thank you Rick!

Perfect Beach Getaway

The property was perfect. Clean, little amenities thought of, everything you need for a week away at the beach. Rick was communicative, kind, and thoughtful. The place is just far enough off the strip to be quieter than L or M street, but close enough it’s a short walk to the beach. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Rick was really nice,easy check in and out!Every thing you need was there!walking distance to everything!LOVE the rooftopdeck!only thing didn't like was the back deck, moldy and chair's were unusable, I think the birds made that area their home 🤣Besides that had a great stay,would love to stay again!👍

Comfortable luxury so close to the action (but not too close)!

Rick was a very generous host - we stayed for 3 nights with our dog, and were very comfortable with the accommodations. The location is great for being just past the hustle and bustle of the strip, but close enough to walk down for a dose of action! The property is beautifully maintained with all the luxuries of home - including washer/dryer, gorgeous kitchen and spacious shower. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and cannot recommend this property and this host highly enough! Laura & John (and Jobin)

Nice Apartment

This rental was very clean and comfortable. The owner, Rick, was very accommodating. Dog friendly, which was great for me. I knew when I rented there were a lot of stairs and there was a loud bar next door. It was only a nuisance on the weekend, so not a place for children. Rick even supplies earplugs if needed. There is a great rooftop deck with wonderful views. A quick walk to the beach and some small shops and places to eat. Had a great time.

Hampton Weekend Getaway

Richard was very nice, and quick respond to any questions. The Condo was clean, and well stocked. We were within walking distance to beach, and restaurants & entertainment. We were also very appreciative that we could enjoy a weekend getaway with our dog Sasha. Pet friendly Condo. 🤗🐶

Fantastic Place!

We spent 6 days and 5 nites, Rick was absolutely wonderful! So much more provided than actually listed! Very close to the beach. VERY clean and much quieter than we thought even with Charlie's next door! We brought our cat who loved it too! Rick is very responsive. Extremely comfortable! We WILL be back! Thank you so much Rick!! Only thing to note is that there are 3 sets of stairs so if you can't do stairs this may not be for you.

It’s little too far to walk to beach. It’s not 2 mins walk to beach. Approx 10 mins. You have walk one block then walk up sand path and down to the beach shore. The condo is nice and neat. The livingroom is really hot even though they have fan on the wall doesn’t help. Suggest to install A/C on the wall for livingroom. Furnitures seem too much around the livingroom to make crowd.

Last Minute Get-away!

I was looking for a last minute option for a Friday-Sunday and couldn’t see any availability for Friday but messaged Rick who was more than accommodating! The location was great, with a short walk to the beach with two children under 4 in a beach wagon. We also had our dog which this time of year was allowed on the beach! Rick was excellent with communication. I would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion would be a smoother check-in process with more instruction. Thanks Rick!
