Our stay was peaceful in this quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were exceptional. And the host was very welcoming and available to us any time. Cannot wait to be back !

WOW you give us a 4 on house rules because we let you check out late and then you left both sinks full of dirty dishes and a dirty dishwasher knowing our cleaner was on a crunch timeline by letting you check out late. Would not rent to again

Best place ever

We had the best time at our rental home our host was excellent at everything. I would stay again in a heartbeat. The home was beautiful and had everything you would need. Amazing Home with Wonderful Pool Area!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this amazing home! The pool and lanai were our favorite part and just as pictured. We would definitely recommend this home and Dorian as a host. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was well stocked and very clean. We look forward to returning in the future!

The perfect getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Mermaid Tales. The house was clean, spacious and included everything we needed. The property manager was a pleasure to work with and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We specifically wanted a location close to spring training parks but not in a crowded community and this property did just that. We liked it so much we booked it for 2024.

Happy Mermaids

Lovely decor & comfortable furnishings! The pool & hot tub are amazing! Brand new, super clean & wonderful to relax. The owners could not have been more communicative & were incredibly responsive both before & during our visit. They even had a welcome bottle of wine ready when we arrived! We also loved all of the cute & fun tableware, glasses & mermaid tchotchkes spread through the house! A delightful holiday & we plan to return!

Relaxing home close to Cape Coral and Punta Gorda

The host, Dorian, replied to any questions I had within minutes. The home and pool area were very clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make breakfast/lunch and even a grill. Close to Cape Coral and Punta Gorda for exploring. Sunset at Hurricane Charley’s was spectacular. Dinner at Wyvern Hotel rooftop overlooking downtown Punta Gorda at night was fun. The weather was perfect (sunny, mid 80’s).

Super Clean and Comfortable

We had a great experience with this property. Doree was a great communicator and host. Pool and spa were fantastic. Home was very clean and well supplied. A little out of the way, but much less traffic than in south Cape Coral. There is construction in the area as this is a developing neighborhood. Nothing that impacted our stay.

This was the perfect getaway for a week long stay! Dorian is an excellent communicator.The house is absolutely perfect! The decor fits the Mermaid Tales theme. Bed is comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked and the lanai is a dream! The pool and spa were so appreciated coming from the North in January. The neighborhood provides for easy walking to get your steps in and to get tips from very friendly neighbors.We saw manatees very early in the morning at Sirenia Vista, which is a close drive. We went to a farmers market in a plaza nearby and bought some delicious fresh fruit. We discovered a store at the end of our trip called Farmer Joe's. Next time we visit, we will get groceries and prepared foods there. They have a great selection and offer samples.This home is amazing! We highly recommend it and plan to return!

Felt like a resort

We selected this property for the outdoor area and the pool / hot tub. It did not disappoint! The pool is amazing, perfect for swimming laps and plenty of space for the kiddos. The hot tub is huge and so relaxing. The outdoor space is set up perfect, spacious and comfy. We loved the extras too ( pool floats, beach chairs, coolers, fishing gear, workout mats, etc. definitely a nice touch). The kitchen is perfect for cooking, loaded with most anything you need. We loved the Blackstone grill too, ( probably going to have buy one for home now, lol). Finally, the walk in shower….amazing! I would have never left the shower if the outdoor area wasn’t so awesome! 😂 Will most certainly stay here again if we are back in the area. Our week was perfect! Also, communication with the host was outstanding!
