Beautiful sunrises await you at this 3 bedroom 2 bath house! We also offer water toys on site, such as a pontoon boat for an extra fee (upon availability). Please contact host for more info.

Reunited with a few girlfriends from high school and this home was perfect! Had exactly what we were looking for- a view of water, big working fireplace, long couch for lots of sitting and talking time, and a spacious kitchen for fixing meals and drinks together. Host was so accommodating and I hope to be back. Thank you!!

I loved the huge kitchen with sound system, and plenty of room to spread out across the home. Location was ideal with most anything you could need within a few minutes.

This is a beautiful home. The lake in the backyard along with the private beach is amazing as well! Plenty of places on the property for privacy, and the bathrooms/amenitiesare very modern. You will not be disappointed staying here!

Family weekend

We stayed for a quick after Christmas visit with family but can’t wait to go for a longer stay. The house is very nice and comfortable and the lake is absolutely fantastic! Would highly recommend this property!

When you drive up it looks kind of like a small nondescript cabin home . But, then you walk into a nice front courtyard open the front door and there is much larger than you expected well apportioned home with multiple sitting and dining areas both inside and out. Then you look out of the back and see gorgeous view of the lake.

Great Vibe

I knew booking Martha's home would be perfect for our family holiday. Even the beds were comfortable. Martha has two homes, very competitively priced. You would be hard pressed to find a better stay. I hope to book again w Martha when we return.

Stunning View

Came for a weekend trip to see my son & this place was great. Very secluded. Loved sitting on the dock and just watching boats on Lake Norman. Close to everything. Will definitely look to rent this next time in town.

It’s hard to find the right words to say how grateful and pleased we are to have such wonderful hosts. My family traveled to Denver to attend a family funeral. We were able to stay at this wonderful home and our host, Martha, was so incredibly flexible and accommodating to our needs. We needed to add a few nights to settle a few things and Martha was so helpful in making this process easier. With all of the decisions we had to make this week, staying at this home was one of the best choices! The kitchen is spacious and the perfect place to sit and reflect upon happy memories. The views of the lake are outstanding. The beds were all comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modernized. Our cocker spaniel enjoyed the stay as well! Thank you for offering such a peaceful place to stay. We hope to be back for a better reason when we can use the lake and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood.

Here’s a review you can use for VRBO: "We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday with our family at this beautiful lakefront home. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 children. The spacious kitchen made cooking a breeze, and we had everything we needed to prepare our holiday meals. The kids had an amazing time by the lake, playing for hours despite the cold weather. The peaceful location and stunning views made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with family!"

Short family getaway

This was a perfect quick family getaway/stay for our son’s Lacrosse tournament. It was secluded enough to feel peaceful and enjoy family time and close enough to get groceries and other supplies. My younger children enjoyed the beach just digging and playing as it was too cold to go in the water and my older kids myself and husband enjoyed fishing. Well acquainted kitchen and comfortable beds. We had a lovely time and the kids cannot wait to go back. Thank you for providing your wonderful home to us!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

This property was exactly what we were looking for! We were visiting family and it had a large living room, dining, and kitchen. Super clean! The host was easy to get ahold of which made things so much easier. 10/10 would recommend!

Lake Norman

We enjoyed our weekend in this home. Spacious, comfy and in a great neighborhood where we could walk the dog. We found well stocked cupboards of dishes, pans, serving platters, etc and plenty of spices. The view of the lake was very nice and we enjoyed campfires both nights. We would recommend

Everything You Need Plus!

Clean comfortable,well stocked and perfect for our family. Lakeview is gorgeous! The exterior needed a good detailing. Lots of cobwebs. Other than that. Exceeded our expectations and provided us with a beautiful setting for the rest and relaxation we all needed. Thank you!!!!

Lake Norman Bass Tournament Getaway

We had a group of 5 bass tournament anglers staying together for the first time. The VRBO perfectly fit our needs of interior and exterior space. We had visitors throughout the week and we never felt crowded. Exterior parking for two boats, two trucks, a trailer, and two cars was a bit of a challenge to park, but once parked there was plenty of space to move about the vehicles. The view of the lake was nice. If we return to fish Lake Norman, we will definitely book again!

Perfect Place, Perfect Location

We made a weekend out of a Charlotte soccer tournament and so had the whole family + dog. The location of the house is in a lovely neighborhood and still felt secluded... and with a gorgeous view and direct beach/water access! The home is spacious with everything we could have asked for and more. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen from spices to cooking utensils. Great appliances. Fireplace worked great! Bedrooms were spacious with really comfortable beds. Loved the door that closed the bedroom hallway off from the living room for extra sound barrier. Location was a quick drive to stores but far enough away that we felt like it was a vacation. Soft bathroom towels and plenty of supplies. Overall a 5 star stay!

Weekend Vacation

We stayed here because we had a friend’s party to go to on Saturday. This was a closer alternative to a hotel. Location is great as there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, including a park on the lake! The house was great and had everything we needed. This house would be even better in the summer so you could enjoy the beachfront lake. We saw a couple deer walk right past the glass windows, early in the morning. If there is anyway to update the house location on google maps, I recommend doing so. It brought us down the street located right next to the driveway and was hard to find in the dark. This was a great house for kids! VRBO fees were more than the cost of two nights.

Hi Jim, The TV has worked for all guest prior to your stay and after your stay. My number is posted through out the home annd a message could have been sent to me via vrbo. I would’ve been happy to make sure the tv worked for you. For those who see this review, the TV does work. It is a smart tv that has basic cable and apps for you to log into. There is also a smart tv in the primary bedroom. If the tv for some reason cannot be figured out, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Went well. Only issue was the key pad on the front door didn't work and couldn't lock door when leaving house.

PERFECT!

I would 100% stay here again without even looking elsewhere. The house was in a good location and clean. Beautiful, but secluded view of the lake. Plenty of space with a very comfortable sectional and beds. Took the best shower in a nice bathroom. Comfortable linens with plenty of extra blankets. Love the fire pit even though we didn't use it. We did use the boat available to us, which allowed us to get out on the water. The house had everything we could possibly want, including a washer and dryer, and supplied paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, etc. It felt very homey and not like a rental at all.
