Welcome to Sunny apartments!

Very clean and recently updated property a block away from world famous Warm Mineral Springs.
Studio apt in 4 units resort. it has 2 twin size beds that can be put together upon request. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary accessories (microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, etc). TV and a wireless internet connection everywhere in the unit.
Big screened porch is shared by all units. Plenty of parking space.
The resort is running on well water system. The tap water is not recommended for cooking and/or drinking. Drinking water will be provided. Big screen open Lanai or porch is shared by all units guests. Plenty of parking space.

Located just 2 minutes from the world-renowned Warm Mineral Springs Park in North Port. The spring has the highest mineral contents of any natural spring in the USA, and is internationally known for its purported healing qualities. Enjoy consistent average temperatures of 85 degrees year-round!
Very quite and safe area. Close to shops and restaurants. Only a short drive from Gulf beaches: Venice beach, Manasota beach and amazing Siesta key beach!

Price Is Right

For the price I was happy. We booked the trip last minute it was available and we couldn’t beat the price. My biggest concern was it being clean and bug free. Never saw a bug. The place is old (somewhat worn), but it was clean. The location was perfect us. The screened patio was great and we met the tenants of the other three units. The one lady was a hoot! We loved chatting with her after a busy day out & about. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed 6 weeks and was very pleased

A simple, clean, unassuming property. Area quite safe. A good value. Everything worked, and in my experience, the manager appears to live nearby and is very attentive to any issues. Many people stay there for warm mineral springs which is a 5 minute walk away. I did go there a couple times, but mostly because it offers the rare pleasure of being able to swim outside in winter when water at Florida's beaches is too cold. However, for me the main draw was just the area which offers many city amenities such as a variety of restaurants with seating outside, as well as lots of walking paths (try Wellen park) and places to sit outside ( try garden of the 5 senses ).

It was quiet which I needed. Really my only complaints Are that there was no way to take a hot bath, because there was no way to plug the tub and the showerhead only shot from the corner from a bracket which is not helpful. Roku had nothing so I used my tablet. Every channel said needs subscription.

A GREAT PLACE TO REST AND GET AWAY FROM IT ALL!

We were very pleased with our stay. It was very clean and quiet. Sat on the porch and read a good book with a cold drink in hand. No complaints from this couple!

Nice and clean

This property is in a very nice and clean. We stayed a weekend to visit family in town. Next time will be going to the mineral springs.
