Beau, propre 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains appartement dans l'un des meilleurs endroits dans la région. Vous devez avoir plus de 55 à louer cette unité. Bien que l'unité puisse accueillir 4 personnes, nous sommes intéressés à louer à une ou deux personnes seulement. Si le propriétaire autorise un invité à court terme, des frais d'invité de 10 $ par personne et par nuit seront appliqués. Désolé, pas d'animaux. À quelques kilomètres seulement du magnifique secteur riverain de Punta Gorda; près de 20 restaurants, on peut aller à pied au supermarché et à l’excellent magasin de beignets, mais le complexe est calme et magnifique. Il est également fermée. Motifs ont de grands arbres de chêne, d'orange et de citron, avec acres de belle floraison et d'autres buissons. Aussi les motifs sont sur un canal. Condo a vue sur joli jardin et vue éloignée de la piscine. Ce complexe inspire locataires répéter. Condo a une nouvelle télévision (peut être activé par la voix), lave-vaisselle TRÈS silencieux Maytag, nouvel ensemble bistro de patio, nouveau four / grille-pain à convection Cuisinart, nouvelle cafetière, nouvelles toilettes à hauteur droite, nouvelle vanité Master Bath / comptoir / robinet en granite. Les deux maîtres et chambres confortables ensembles de chambre sont en parfait état. Aussi, condo est entièrement meublé avec de belles casseroles / casseroles / vaisselle et tous les verres de taille. Les nouveaux jeux de l'argenterie. Cet endroit a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un moment de détente, le mois sans soucis en Floride. Laveuse / sécheuse est pleine grandeur. Place de parking privée. Activités communautaires disponibles. Tous les services publics, télévision et internet inclus.

Excellent Condo Experience!

Had a wonderful stay! The condo was very comfortable and homey. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was wonderful. People were so friendly and welcoming. Loved the grounds, very well kept. Owner was wonderful to work with and was very accommodating and helpful with any questions we had. Would highly recommend this VRBO!

Lovely Condo Community in a Safe, Central Location

We stayed for a month in January and enjoyed it immensely. Within days we felt right at home. The furniture throughout is so comfy and the view from the screened lanai overlooking the garden is stunning. Owner Cheryl thought of everything when appointing the condo, and she is so fun and easy to work with. The location is perfect: not far from beaches, Punta Gorda, Venice, and the Everglades. Aside from being close to shopping and entertainment venues, Charlotte County has wonderful Parks and Recreation facilities. We enjoyed swimming in the large outdoor pools, hiking the trails, exploring the environmental parks, and taking naturalist-led nature walks. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy apartment in a well-kept complex!

We spent a lovely time in this well-kept facility. Everything was available in the apartment. Contact with the owner Cheryl was excellent. The location of the apartment in the direction of the pool and a beautiful, well-kept garden invited you to relax. The pool was wonderfully warm and always very clean. The community team takes care of this beautiful facility. Very suitable for those seeking peace and quiet. Shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Within walking distance, which is a rarity in Florida. My partner and I also like to walk. A sidewalk leads directly to a good restaurant and a neighborhood Walmart, where you can still get good supplies even in the evening hours. We were completely satisfied!

Wonderful spot, close to restaurants, stores, major roads and short drive to beaches. Owner has been very helpful and caring. Sorry that, because I'm moving to the area, I won't need to rent this again!!

Beautiful property. The landscaping and the grounds make you think you are in a tropical paradise.

This condo is so nice! It is located centrally in Port Charlotte. Easy walk to the grocery store, nail salon and even the Public Library. We will always book here when we have the opportunity.

Thanks, Irene. You were great guests, too, and no more application process in the future....that's behind you. We do love the location, also. It was a great selling feature for us, as well as the lovely garden view. We bought it sight unseen and our friends said, "If you don't buy it, we will." They did get to see it for us and gave it rave reviews before we did the updates. Thanks for letting us know about the water problem. It turned out to be an easy fix. We live in a beautiful historic community south of Boston. We divide our time between FL, traveling worldwide and MA. We enjoy seeing friends and family in FL during the winter or even in the off season.

We are prolific travelers. I have been to over 85 countries. I hope you are living a life you love. I pray for good health for me, my friends and family. I also pray for world peace and a fairer distribution of world's wealth and medicine. Only when we help each other can we all live in peace and prosperity.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I looked for 2 months for a property we could afford that had a view of something other than a parking lot. When this property showed up as a listing, I just knew it was the one for us. I had friends look it over and they said "If you don't buy it, we will." I have since learned that this is one of the best kept secrets in Port Charlotte. I bought it sight unseen and am so glad I took the chance. The complex is in 23 acres of land filled with beautiful plantings and THREE swimming pools. It's great for walking or biking. It's so convenient to so many places, restaurants, sights, etc. We are about 5 or 6 minutes from over 20 restaurants. We are 45 minutes to Boca Grande, a lovely town and beach, 50-55 minutes from Siesta Key with one of the best beaches in Florida . The sand there is like talcum powder; 10 minutes to lovely Punta Gorda with its waterfront activities, great restaurants, historic town and beautiful sunsets... We couldn't have picked a better place for us. We think you will see this for yourself, too.

This is a lovely air-conditioned condo, in a gated community, with an excellent location, 3 pools, a lanai with a beautiful view of a garden that can be seen from the living room and dining area, too. You won't find a better buy.
