Located in the heart of downtown Cabo, this complex is directly on the marina and is just steps to the sand. This remodeled private unit is one of the best kept secrets in Cabo. Unit 207 was purchased last year and everything was replaced. This unit is located on the third floor and faces the marina. This suite boasts pocket doors, a King size bed, new TV, a fully equipped kitchen, private AC unit, beach chairs, a walk-in shower, private WIFI, the list goes on and on....

We've been to Cabo 40 times or so and decided to try out this VRBO. The location was excellent with a quick walk to the beach and town. The harbor view from the balcony provided constant entertainment when we were in the room. Check in was probably the easiest and fastest we've ever experienced in Mexico. The rooftop pool also has a harbor view and was super refreshing after walks back from bars, massages, beach, etc.

The Best Place to Stay

I love this place! Great location, Great Price. Fresh Water, Great A/C, The beach is a short walk along the Marina with chairs a cooler and umbrella. From the balcony you can listen to the sea lions and watch the Boats come and go. Landon is a good host with lots of recommendations for your trip, and it sounds like they’re putting in a Pool this summer! I’m definitely staying here next time in Cabo

Great location, great amenities, loved it!

This unit is just like the pictures and possibly better. The location is so easy to get in and out of and the new pool just opened while we were there. The owner thought of everything you need inside!! The views were terrific and we loved watching the boats come and go from the marina. There is a bit a noise from the party areas at night but we didn't really notice. Would definitely stay there again.

All about the location

We stayed 2 nights in this cute condo. It is the perfect location for walking everywhere. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching all the action on the marina. Updated and very clean. The only negative is that there is no elevator which might be problematic for older people. Would stay again.

Excellent!

We had an excellent stay at this property! Super clean, updated and fresh. The location is right in the middle of the action but still quiet enough to get well rested in a comfy bed. Loved the the little kitchenette to have the ability to make some meals if you don’t want to eat out all the time. Very nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella to use at the beach. Would recommend staying here definitely and will return in the future. Thanks Landon for a great experience! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Loved Cabo!

Simply Wow!!

We usually stay at Marina Fiesta bc we love the location. It was booked so we tried to find something within close proximity since our family was staying at MF. This popped up and the photos were enough to get me to book. Plus the location was directly next to MF. The check in was easy. The concierge brought our bags up which I wouldn't have expected for a vrbo booking. He showed us how to use everything in the room. Everything was as pictured. So adorable and a beautiful view of the marina. We like to frequent downtown Cabo for the bars and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. The front desk were very helpful and kind. We had our family members check it out too and they were very impressed. We will definitely be recommending to all of our friends and family who frequent cabo like us.

Search No Further!!!

Yes, yes and yes!!! Great little place in the heart of everything, but on the quiet side of the Marina. Patio is in the shade all day (at least in December when we were there) and you can enjoy watching Pancho the sea lion swim around the marina. Accessible to fantastic restaurants and bars but less than 100 yards to a major grocery store in the mall if you decide to stay in. Updated and clean this is a highly recommend in our book and we plan on this being our “go to” spot in the future! It is on the top floor which is a plus and a negative as you will need to carry your luggage up two stories. See if the front desk will help you and tip them well.

Was in Cabo for a family wedding! Perfect location to be able to walk to all events! Staff at the Marina Cabo Plaza very nice and helpful! Room was just as it showed in pictures! Beautiful and clean!
