This luxury oceanfront penthouse is one of the nicest condos along Daytona's coastline.

As you walk in to the condo you will fell right at home with the professionally designed and decorated furnishings.

the kitchen straight ahead boasts all new cabinets, countertops, and stainless steel appliances with every kitchen amenity you could think of inside the cabinets.

Bedroom #2 is right to your left as you walk in boasting a king bed, smart tv, and private bathroom.

As you move towards the living room bedroom #3 is right in the middle which has a bunk bed as well as an office desk/chair for anyone needing to work while they vacation. bathroom #3 is located in-between the two bedrooms and can be accessed from bedroom #3 or from the hall leading to the bedroom for any guests who are visiting and not staying.

The living room opens up to an expansive dining/living room with a beautiful white sectional couch that looks directly at an 85" flat screen Sony smart tv as well as the beautiful direct oceanfront balcony with a slider right in the living room for easy balcony access.

To the right of the living is the deluxe master bedroom featuring a king bed, smart tv, and private balcony access. The master bedroom leads to a huge master bedroom that has a walk in shower, garden tub, his/her sinks, plenty of cabinet space, and a large walk in closet.

AMENITIES:

This beautiful condominium has a connected sister building and because of that you have access to two of everything! Two fitness centers, Two pools, Two hot tubs, Two billiards tables, and an adjoining gorgeous community room where you can sit with your friends and family and play cards or enjoy a nice conversation while viewing the ocean through the large glass windows!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Minimum age: 25 (age of primary renter)

1. Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO.

LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals at a residential building.

PARKING:
We get one reserved spot in the garage and a second parking pass for the top deck. This top deck spot is first come first serve.

KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.

We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 am

HOUSE RULES:

1. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building)

2. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit.

3. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings.

4. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit.

5. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying.

6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.

7. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave.

8. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay).

9. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this)

10. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both.

11. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out.

12. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost.

13. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building)

14. Parking is two spots. One reserved spot in the garage and one on the outdoor top deck. (top deck parking is limited)

15. Checkout is 10am.

16. You will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a standard short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in that will be sent via email.

A very special apartment with outstanding ocean views
This is, truly, a beautiful apartment with excellent views over the ocean from its 19th floor setting. The quality of furnishings throughout was outstanding and well above expectations. The kitchenware and equipment were of the highest quality and plentiful. Nothing has been omitted in respect of the facilities and equipment, including a large utility room! Waking each morning of our stay and looking out to the ocean view in front of us was a definite bonus and very much appreciated. More importantly it never got boring and we are sure that it never would, no matter how long we were there. Whilst there is still storm damage along the beach area and a lot of work to be done, it did not spoil our visit. However, the lack of a pool might not be to every potential guests requirements, but the owner, Lucas, does make sure that the situation is updated frequently. Whatever, the beach is open and still well worth visiting the area for. We left feeling sad but definitely satisfied with both our stay, and the fantastic apartment we were lucky enough to choose. There were only two of us but the apartment would comfortably accommodate six. We had a very special stay in a very special apartment. Thank you Lucas!
