The Space:

Spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath private condo with over 2,000 square feet of living space plus a large balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with a table and 4 chairs.



Guest Access:

You will receive your codes to enter the building along with the condo a few days prior to arrival in your welcome letter.



The Neighborhood:

Daytona Beach is a lively beach resort community on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. Once known for being a Spring Break destination, the area has transformed into more of a family destination.



Getting Around:

There is a Winn-Dixie grocery store that is a five minute walk from the condo (going south on South Atlantic Blvd.). There is also a Publix Super Market that is a 4 minute drive in the same direction as Winn-Dixie.



Other Things to Note:

Daytona Beach is one of the few that allow driving on the beach. Please note that this is very safe for you and your family while sitting on the beach as speed limit is 10mph and strictly enforced and driving lanes enforced. If you would like to drive on the beach while here, the entrance is just a five minute drive north on South Atlantic Blvd.

If you are an early morning person, grab your cup of java and enjoy sitting on the balcony and catch the dolphins in the tides nearby as the sun rises.
