Welcome to Chatfield Country Charm. We offer a 5000 sq ft home on 5 acres. Our home features 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas, 2 family rooms, 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, office, and a loft.

Enjoy a rare country setting only minutes to Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Chatfield State Park, Roxborough State Park and Arrowhead Golf Course. Just 5 minutes to Highlands Ranch, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters, and gas stations and more.
Our home is in an upscale covenant-controlled community.
We have free parking for up to 5 cars. No RV's or camping trailers.
Guests must call for directions prior to arrival.
Our home is wheelchair accessible. Our accessible accommodations include roll in showers, grab bars, accessible bed heights, step free entrances, and ramps.
Chatfield Country Charm facilities are for the use of our guests ONLY. Exceptions may be obtained by request.

The property was perfect for my 8 family members in town for a wedding. Close enough to the events in Denver, far enough to enjoy peace and quiet in between. House large enough to sleep all comfortably. Enough room to be social together AND find privacy when needed. Love our stay in this beautiful home in a calm country environment.

Our family needed a handycap accessable home to stay for a family wedding. This home did not disappoint. It has 2 ramps to enter the property, one on the back of the home and one in the garage. The Master bedroom is on the first floor and has a roll-in shower. When asked Kristina provided a shower chair for us at no extra charge. The home is also great for large families. The views are stunning! The home is very clean and the kitchen has everything you need for home cooking. Kristina is very attentive and response quickly if you need anything. Highly recommend.

Stayed with our adult children and friends (9 of us), the house is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The home is very large and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. It was just perfect for our vacation.

This is a wonderful house with plenty of room for families and small groups traveling together. We were meeting family in the area and had a wonderful time touring in the Denver area. The house has all the amenities you would want, plenty of room and the Host was wonderful - very responsive. Loved the location - easy drive to various attraction areas and the peacefulness of the outdoor areas and views of mountains was great. We would definitely recommend staying here – we certainly would, if ever in the area again.

Beautiful setting and place!

We had a 90th birthday celebration and Thanksgiving requiring places for a lot of family. This home hosted two families and a couple well allowing lots of time to be together in a lovely setting.

I stayed here with my husband, our two kids under two, and both sets of grandparents. It was perfect for our large, multi-generational group! I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area. It is well-equipped, spacious, and nestled in a beautiful setting.

Great place to stay in city but it feels like you are in the country

We were in town for a wedding and wanted to have a place large enough for our party of 7 that wasn't in the city but close to our wedding event. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Thanks for hosting us.

This property is a rare find. It is an old Colorado farm. It is common to see deer and elk and other wildlife in the neighborhood. The homes are on 5 to 35 acre lots. It is a quiet, private and a very safe neighborhood. We are in a country setting close to everything. Our subdivision backs up to Highlands Ranch and Littleton. It is a 30 minute drive to Denver and a 20 minute drive to Castle Rock.

Feels a little bit country looks a little bit country, but so close to all amenities and conveniences.
Close to Arrowhead Golf Course Chatfield State Park and Reservoir, with boating, fishing, hiking and biking trails.
