Our family had a great Christmas weekend in Denver while staying in this property. We were able to make cookies and had plenty of room for 4 adult children, their spouses, and my wife and I to have our own rooms. We liked the property overall. But I have a couple of notes. The property wasn’t completely prepped for our arrival. There were no trash bags in the main trash can (had to call to get into the closet for that) when we arrived. The top of the hot tub was open and we had to clean/pull leaves/dirt out first. It also wasn’t heated and took several hours to get warm. Also, the basement is MUCH colder than the main level. There was no remote for one of the tvs. Lastly, the foosball’s for the foosball table were the incorrect type. So that made the game harder to play. Overall, The house was nice and the sheets on the beds were amazing!!

Great place and Juan was very easy to communicate with. We were there for Red Rocks and it was a great location. Neighbors complained about our noise level when we got home from show around 11:30 but the owner was super easy to work with us regarding. Just be aware there is a 10pm quiet time in this neighborhood.

Nicely Remodeled Home Located in Quiet Neighborhood

Stayed here with friends celebrating a birthday in nearby Greenwood Village. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, and nicely decorated home. Plenty of room for our eight guests. Nearby trail to run, hike or bike ride with miles of trail.

Perfect House for Quiet Getaway

Jose was a great host. The house setup was great for our golf get away. Clean, good location, and easy to communicate with Jose. The neighbor is a bit sensitive to being on the back patio talking quietly after 10:00, but an outstanding stay.
