Our family had a great Christmas weekend in Denver while staying in this property. We were able to make cookies and had plenty of room for 4 adult children, their spouses, and my wife and I to have our own rooms. From the day we booked the reservation, Jose was helpful and responded quickly to any questions or requested we had.

It was a great location. Very clean, comfy beds. Great for me and my 5 other adult family members in town for a family wedding. The hot tub was a great added relaxation benefit.

Many places in living/dining area needing paint touchup. 'toilet seat in Master bath loose. Range fan loose. Regardless of this we enjoyed our stay and the layout of the house and were satisfied with our rental UNTIL a week after leaving we were accused of having broken the washer and we were charged 500 for replacement/repair. As no one in our party of four adults had used the washer we disputed the charge. The owner has continued to insist we were responsible,and we continue to insist we never used the washer .The charge is now in the hands of our credit card company. Sad ending to what had been a pleasurable stay.

Check in was easy, house was as pictured. Found dirty dishes in cupboard. We used the hottub for a short time till the wasps arrived, attracted by all the tall flowering weeds in the back yard. The neighbor also had a camera pointing to the back yard, which made us uncomfortable, but, nothing we could do about it. At some time during our stay the patio umbrella must have been blown out of the table, as we saw it lying on the ground a few days later. One of the beds was extremely uncomfortable and at the end of the stay looked under and realized it wasn't a poor mattress, but, a broken bed. When we left I informed the owner of the broken bed, wasps and dirty dishes. He responded and he falsely accused me of and would be charging me for all the broken items and deep cleaning. I would recommend not staying here and if you do, take a video of everything, including under the beds, every table top, etc. and send it to him as you walk in the door.

Great place and Juan was very easy to communicate with. We were there for Red Rocks and it was a great location. Neighbors complained about our noise level when we got home from show around 11:30 but the owner was super easy to work with us regarding. Just be aware there is a 10pm quiet time in this neighborhood.

Good location. Fun for our children, plenty of games. Be aware if you have young children that the steps to the basement have no railing on the bottom half.

Perfect! We used every amenity with our family. (Ages 7-18) The kitchen is stocked. The space is large we had more than enough room. My 7yro daughter hit the jackpot finding extra toys here for her to play with!
Saw the Rockies 4th win of the season! 35 minute drive from Airbnb
Went to Painted Mines about 1.5 hrs drive from Airbnb
Red Rock Amphitheater 1 hour from Airbnb

Nicely Remodeled Home Located in Quiet Neighborhood

Stayed here with friends celebrating a birthday in nearby Greenwood Village. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, and nicely decorated home. Plenty of room for our eight guests. Nearby trail to run, hike or bike ride with miles of trail.

A+ Family Gathering

Jose was a wonderful host - extremely prompt in his responses and accommodating for all of our questions. His home was ideal for multiple generations that came together for a Thanksgiving dinner, and I recommend this property for your next stay in the greater Denver area.

Perfect House for Red Rocks!

A group of friends all came together for a concert at Red Rocks. The location was perfect as we have a friend that lives in the area. The house is super convenient to shopping with a Trader Joe’s nearby. The neighborhood is lovely and felt safe. The house was perfect for our needs. When we had an issue with the air conditioning Jose got back to us immediately and walked us through the fix. Highly recommend!
