The Saratoga Springs experience is all within walking distance from this fully furnished 2 story home. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home, has Central AC, an In-ground heated pool, backyard deck with gas fireplace, a Webber gas grill and completely fenced in back yard.. Perfect for vacationers or extended stays. It is conveniently located in Saratoga Springs, just 1 mile from the Saratoga Racetrack, Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) and golf courses. Just 5 min. walk to downtown shopping, dining, art district, bike/ walking trails and more.

The house was in a nice location, easily walkable from Broadway. It was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and the property manager was very friendly and accessible.

Saratoga with family

We had an excellent stay in Saratoga springs. The host was available and open to all communication David was really helpful in obtaining access to a streaming service so we could watch the EuroCup The pool was fantastic as was east walking distance to many of the activities in Saratoga Springs.

A Great find

My family and I have been visiting Saratoga each summer for the last 20 years and this house was quite a find: walk to Broadway, 4 large Bedrooms with clean comfortable beds, Great Pool, and a well keeped/clean house with Air conditioning... that made it feel like a home....not a rental. Great location and a friendly owner.

Great House, Great Host!

The house was absolutely lovely, clean and very comfortable for our family of 4 working professionals. We enjoyed the property, pool and the close proximity to downtown Saratoga Springs. We walked everywhere! The owners were hospitable, helpful and very kind. Overall, an excellent experience and we would definitely stay there again.

Our stay in Saratoga could not have been more perfect! Our host, David, was incredibly hospitable and attentive to our visit. The house was spacious and very comfortable for my family of 8 adults and 2 young children. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals at home. The backyard is fenced in and the pool provided a daily respite from the summer heat. The location is within walking distance to both the racetrack, the downtown shopping and dining strip of Saratoga and the local supermarket. The house provided all that we needed for a great vacation in Saratoga.

Perfect place for our family.

We came to Saratoga with our 93 year old father and 86 year old aunt to visit their sister and our cousins. This home was the perfect base of operations. Everything in the description and pictures on VRBO are accurate and everything was in excellent condition. Our host, David, met us when we checked in and made sure we knew how things worked (grill, fire pit, thermostat, washer/dryer. etc). The pool, deck, and backyard were really appreciated. The location is walkable to downtown and shopping.This is a beautiful, comfortable home and Dave is a great host. We'll be back.

Wonderful HomeMy 5 older sisters and I rented the home of David for a weekend get together. The home was impeccable! Very clean, recently updated and many comfortable spaces. We were able to walk to town easily for lunches and dinner. We loved the deck with a beautifully lighted backyard. The pool was closed due to time of year but the ambiance with the fire table and chairs made for the perfect cocktail hour and relaxation. The kitchen is well equipped. We had a great dinner there and all our breakfasts. The beds were comfortable and there was no fragrance used on the bedding or in the home which for me is a plus. David checked in to see if everything was ok and was very attentive to his guests. It was a wonderful stay.

Fantastic Fun close to Broadway

We rented this property for a lengthy stay. It was very clean, warm and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Property owner David was readily available to address any of our concerns. He was so kind, he even bought us some cool goggles for the pool. The location can’t be beat! It is close to SPAC and within walking distance to Broadway, Congress Park and many great restaurants. The yard was a main attraction for us with comfortable outdoor furniture, grill and an awesome large in ground pool. We totally would recommend this property and would definitely stay again.
