Relax at this peaceful & bright, single level home. Close to The Village, great restaurants, wonderful parks, trails, easy shot to Boise, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell, Star, etc. Costco & Albertsons close by. This home is perfect for a couple or executive travel with a furnished office and large bedrooms each with a Queen bed and TV. Open living space and washer/dryer included.

Garage did not come with clicker, which was not disclosed ahead of time and proved to be a bit of an aggravation. Also, ran out of paper towels and could not figure out how to operate the ice-maker. Otherwise no issues and facilities & location were great.

Fell short of expectations

Our expectations for this property were high with all the great reviews, but unfortunately our experience fell far short of others. Our two biggest complaints were the lack of a proper cleaning prior to our arrival and a very ill equipped kitchen. The walkway up to the house was unswept and covered in cobwebs. I found it odd that such little attention was paid to the very first thing a tenant would set their eyes on. Out back more cobwebs covered the bbq grill and patio furniture and the grill had leftover food remaining on the grates from previous guests. We also noted the coffee pot was still dirty on arrival and immediately notified the owner of these things. Additional items would come up as we used various things during our three week stay (mostly dirty dishes) but we handled them on our own just as we had to with the coffee pot and grill. As for the kitchen utensils, expect horribly damaged nonstick pans, mismatched pots and lids, no casserole dishes, a whopping three coffee cups for a house that sleeps 6, etc. Other annoyances were the pre-programmed thermostat that’ll have you running back and forth, the horrible bath towels that are in desperate need of replacing, and the fact that it’s common practice to leave food and toiletry items that were left over from previous guests. We loved this location and the price was fair, but if we have to do this again we’ll stay elsewhere.

Excellent rental house in a lovely neighborhood

This was our fourth time staying at Michael's rental house in Meridian and I'm certain we'll be back again. Highly recommend it especially for any families visiting as the neighborhood and location are very peaceful and pleasant.

Great stay

We looked for a space that could accommodate business associates with plenty of space for office work and meeting with coworkers. Bonus for garage availability to park the motorcycles in a secured space.The property is well kept with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and activities in the Boise area. Owner was responsive when we needed to message. We come to the area repeatedly for work, will happily keep this property in our favorites for a repeated stay.

Perfect spot for an Idaho Christmas

We were visiting our daughter and family for the holidays. This home was perfectly situated for our needs. Very clean and comfortable. We hope to rent the home again in the future.

Family weekend

Overall, our stay was Nice. The location was perfect for our family event we were attending. The only real complaint that we have is we had no Wi-Fi for the entire weekend and when reaching out to the owner was told if the TV came on, we should have Wi-Fi the TV did come on however, we could not watch anything which was OK, but we also could not use our computers. One of my sons had to do some work while we were there and had to go find another place to do it because we had no Wi-Fi. I would stay there again and I would recommend it.

Clean home, Responsive Host

My family and I stayed here to visit other family in the area. The home was very clean. The location is close by to grocery stores and some local restaurants. Downtown Boise is a quick drive. Michael was a very responsive host and answered any questions we had very quickly. We enjoyed our time here.

Great stay for families - will plan to return

This was the 3rd time we stayed at this rental and we're planning to return again for another trip. The property is cleanly and well equipped and in a great location for families. The hosts are quite responsive to inquiries and friendly as well. Highly recommend.

Great home

We enjoyed our stay in Meridian. The house was great and worked well for our family. The only thing that was strange was that the furnishings didn’t match the listing. The furniture, decor, etc is completely different from the listing. Other than that, our stay was great.

Great home in great location

My family came to Boise for a vacation and found this home had everything we needed. It was clean, in a great location, and well stocked so we could enjoy our time together. The manager was very helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Would highly recommend this home.

Came up for a week to visit my grand children and stayed in this home for the second time. Was here last October and enjoyed the home very much. Very clean and new. Mike, the property manager was very pleasant and helpful to work with.

Clean, Comfortable and Quiet

Our sons and their wives stayed with us (6 adults) at this comfortable VRBO in a quiet neighborhood. The floorplan was perfect for us - The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms shared a full bath while the master suite was at the other end of the house. I loved the spacious walk-in closet and dual sink! The 4th room is set up with 2 work stations, which was not needed since we were there for a weekend wedding. My only suggestions for improvements would be for the Host to provide body soap in the showers and consider installing a door to the master water closet. Other than that, it was perfect!
