Our home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood in Citrus Heights. It is 12 minutes from I 80, 14 minutes from US 50, 26 minutes from Downtown Sacramento, and 25 minutes to Auburn. In the surrounding area, there are a multitude of parks, restaurants, shopping centers, outdoor activities, and so much more! Guests have access to the entire property.
Our pool cleaner comes every Thursday between 10am and 2pm.

Please be informed that as a result of our property's frequent guest turnover, the walls, cabinets, baseboards, and other surfaces may exhibit minor scratches and faded paint in certain areas. Furthermore, please note that our outdoor areas are subject to natural environmental factors, which may attract insects and affect the condition of outdoor furniture. Despite regular maintenance, natural weather conditions can cause unavoidable wear and tear to outdoor elements.

We want to ensure that you have a pleasant and comfortable stay, and we assure you that these minor cosmetic blemishes and natural outdoor occurrences do not affect the functionality or overall experience of our property. We encourage you to focus on the amenities, location, and cleanliness that our home has to offer.

Uber and Lyft are the best ways to get around if you do not have a car.

Extra Guest Fee- The nightly total includes up to 6 guests only. An extra guest fee of $25 per person, per night applies beyond the 6th guest.
Surveillance - We have a Ring security camera above the driveway. The device records audio and video 24/7.
The pool slide was REMOVED. and the pool is NOT HEATED.
Our pool service is on Monday and Thursday afternoons. Please expect our pool expert, Derek, to come through the gate and clean and service the pool. Usually, it takes about 15 mins.
Please take note of the cancelation policy. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance.
