Beautiful home

We had kids from 1-17. Everything was perfect with this house. I would definitely stay again. In the garage there was a ton of beach items and chairs, all the bedrooms were perfect for everyone. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay the house was just as the pictures showed. My only suggestion would be to have more toilet paper and paper towels available.

Jadene was amazing! I can’t say enough wonderful things about her and the cleaning staff . Any issue that came up she immediately took care of and even sent us CRUMBLE cookies to make up for a late check in . The house was beautiful and well kept. Every detail made the house feel like home. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking in this area!

Beautiful, clean home

The entire process was easy and pleasant. The home is clean and upscale. Lovely neighborhood literally walking distance to the beach. Highly recommended.

Family Vacation

Very pleased with the property. We booked the house for a family vacation and the house accommodated our large group perfectly. Jadene was very responsive and helpful answering questions on the day before we arrived. We found out that the house was pet friendly and made a spur the moment decision to bring our family pet along too. We will definitely stay here again, great house and location for families traveling with children or pets!

We had an amazing time. The property was everything we hoped for plus more. AC works amazing. Hot water never ran out. Everything you could need was provided. I would definitely stay again!

Awesome vacation

House is very nice. Great area. Very clean. Close to several attractions and shops. Had one issue with the coffee pot and Pinkie took care of it immediately. Lots of extras included in the garage. Bikes, beach toys, etc.

Amazing house

This house was even nicer than the photos. Also VERY clean. There was no trace of sand in the house when we got there. Very impressive for a beach house. There were lots of beach chairs and equipment for us to use and the beach walk wasn’t horrible. A very safe neighborhood with comfy beds everywhere. The host was responsive and very nice. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beach Holiday

This house was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my parents with mobility limitations and we loved the open gathering area downstairs. We could cook, play a board game, and watch a game/movie all at once, which was great for our group ranging in age from infant to seniors. The kitchen was so well appointed, we cooked most of our meals in. We used the bicycles, beach gear, and games daily. The house was perfect for us and a short walk to the beach. I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone. Thanks for a great stay and prompt communication when we had questions!

The pictures don't do it justice

This is probably the nicest property we've ever stayed in - I'd say it's a 5 star. The furniture and decor, same - 5 star. Pretty much anything you'd need to cook, an en suite bath for every room, plus a powder bath. Has a great back yard, a grill, all kinds of things you can use for the beach (including bicycles). Unless you're mobility-impaired, this is absolutely walking distance to the beach (.7 miles). Neighborhood is fabulous and gated. You really can't go wrong with this one. In fact, if we owned it, I can't imagine renting it out due to the wear and tear it will sustain.

Our Vacation nightmare

The house it’s self was great for our family of 8 – plenty of room for all of us and a short walk to the beach. Our youngest son was getting married that week and we knew that we would have visitors so I emailed the PM, BEFORE renting the house, about additional parking. She told me that additional parking was at the pool. After renting, I reread my paperwork where it said Additional Parking at the Pool. The first day, our son parked his car at the pool where it was towed costing $300. The security guard told us afterwards that we couldn’t park at the pool overnight – parking at the pool was only from 7am to 10pm. The driveway will only accommodate 3 vehicles and we had 4. Our oldest son’s family had to move out of the house and rent a condo – JUST TO HAVE A PARKING PLACE! The next day my son got a call from security at 7pm that they were towing his car again from the pool. It was 7pm NOT 10PM as we were told. We were hosting a Wedding Brunch for 15 people - I had cleared this event with the PM BEFORE renting. At 10:30am, we directed our guests to park at the pool but Security met us there and told us that parking was only while using the pool! There is nothing in the rental agreement nor was there ANYTHING posted at the pool stating this rule. That morning a brand new sign was posted saying that parking was for pool guests only! Our guests had to park down the beach, over a mile away. What was supposed to be a joyous occasion had turned into a COMPLETE nightmare!

Great family vacation rental

We really enjoyed the rental property and it’s location to the beach. Easy to get around Destin from this location. Walk to beach wasn’t too far. Recommend renting a golf cart. House was very clean, accommodating, and comfortable for our family.

Awesome place for a great price

Booked this place a spring break trip and it was perfect. The house is an easy walk from the beach and the house is perfect for larger groups. Property manager was very nice and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful Home

This home was EXACTLY as described! The walk to the beach took about 10 minutes. There is no where to park a vehicle or golf cart at the private beach access but the walk was easy! The home was comfortable for our group of 11. Parking was difficult, as the driveway only accommodated 3 vehicles, but there was additional parking at the pool area. The house was beautiful, clean and JUST as described!

Not new and not a beach house

We were new to the 30A area and were told that this house was brand new and just a short stroll to the beach—neither statement was true. We couldn’t control the temperature in the house and there were Ring surveillance’s every where

The beach is .7 mi from the house...some find this a short stroll and some do not. Either way I am sorry if anything was not what you thought it wold be. Thank you! Pinkie:)))

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous home! This entire community is very well maintained and it was the perfect home away from home for our family and friends. Location is great and we rented a golf cart which made getting around a breeze. We would definitely book here again!
