Beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 bath condo with additional futon bed, washer and remodeled kitchen. (Sleeps 4-6). Fully furnished ( linens, towels, utensils, etc.) for all your vacation needs and free wi-fi internet with cable tv.

The complex has a heated pool, tennis, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and grilling area for your use. Come enjoy the surf, sand, fishing and great experiences!

1st floor ground unit with easy, quick access to beach - Walk out your patio door and be at the beach in seconds with easy access and cleanup or watch the amazing rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. Super convenient, fun for families and great location being only 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 45 minutes from all Disney World Attractions.

Lodgings are right on the Atlantic, and the sunrises shine every morning through the kitchen window. Host was fantastic.

Great location and perfect for toddlers

Great location and had enjoyable time with my parents and toddler. Beach is right off front porch. Awesome sunrise and sunsets. Recommend and would stay there again.

Great location easy walk to the beach

The property owners were very responsive and took care of any concerns quickly to allow us to get right back to relaxing on vacation. So close to the beach, it was wonderful to be able to be so close for early morning or late night walks on the beach.

Family Trip to Cocoa Beach

It was just my mom and I in this unit, we had other family members rent multiple units throughout The Diplomat and we truly enjoyed the stay! The beach is so close and conveniently located to both enjoy the water and see rockets take off from the Cape!

If I could have given 6 stars, I would have! Location was perfect, condo was clean, parking was close, pool was lovely. I enjoyed my time and was even able to watch a SpaceX launch from the beach.

We stayed for one week before heading to Universal, the place was great and perfect access to the Beach. The pier was a little too far to walk for my daughter but the distance also meant no crowds near us so a calm beach on our end

We had a lovely stay, very quiet building, 2 minute walk to beach, unit was very clean and spacious.

Owner let us in early, which was very helpful. Unit was clean and comfortable. Minutes to the beach. There were a few small maintenance issues, but owner dealt with them in a timely fashion. Appreciated having access to a washer/dryer in the unit. Florida residents welcomed us with open arms. Overall, just a wonderful family stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Amazing location

My sister and I stayed a week in the beach condo and couldn’t have been happier with the location and comfort of the condo. Nicely decorated, well-maintained, everything we needed was supplied, beach towels, chairs, etc. kitchen was well-appointed. Nice amenities - pool, bocce, shuffleboard, even has a pickleball court!

Love the sunrises from the patio steps away from the ocean. We enjoyed all the amenities!

Pickleball and the warm pool were our favorites. There are many activities available we would have enjoyed but we had family to enjoy games and dinners with.We would come back to these condos, did like that these beachside condos had two bathrooms and more square footage than the smaller ones.

Great Family vacation

This was a comfy home away from home. The location to the beach was PERFECT! We had everything we needed. The inside was so clean. It was wonderful having a washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. On the beach and close to stores! Thank you for letting us enjoy your place!

Perfect location and very clean

The condo was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with anything you may need. The beach equipment supplied made the day at the beach perfect!!! Check in was easy we had no issues with anything. I would definitely stay again!!

Perfect beach location

Very convenient location, just steps to the beach, and also Publix grocery store and a Dollar Tree just across the street. Futon couch was very comfortable to sleep on. Enjoyed watching cruise ships and rockets that were launched. Very walkable location for several restaurants and shopping areas. Owner was extremely helpful making changes to our reservation when we arrived in the area a few days earlier than expected. Definitely recommend!
