Sandcastles 403 is proudly managed by 'Happy Palm Stays', the top vacation rental manager on the Space & Treasure Coasts!

Unit 403 is a beautiful condo that is perfect for a peaceful & relaxing getaway, or for a fun filled family vacation.

The fully equipped kitchen leads to a spacious dining room and comfortable living room. The balcony has a great view of the ocean from the 4th floor (north facing). The roomy master bedroom has a flatscreen TV, a walk in closet, and an ensuite. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a closet and a TV. The unit also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a closet filled with beach chairs and toys for your use.

* TV's in the living room and both bedrooms
* Free wifi and parking
* Washer and Dryer IN the unit (separate laundry room)

Pet Policy: Maximum 1 cat or dog up to 30 lbs. No dangerous dog breeds are allowed. Condo Association and on-site manager strictly enforces rules and weight limit.
Please note there is a large hotel complex being built next door to Sandcastles. The work is Monday - Saturday 8am-5pm

We had a great week-long stay in Cocoa Beach, and the condo worked well for our group of 5. It is well-stocked for spending the day at the beach (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, etc.), and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking meals. While not directly facing the beach, the balcony has a nice view of the ocean/beach and is a nice place to start off the morning with a cup of coffee. We enjoyed our visit, the communication was great, and we would happily rent again in the future.

The condo was roomy enough for our family of 6, and with a fully stocked kitchen it made meal times easy. We loved being so close to the beach and the kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub.

Beds were comfortable, unit was clean, property was great. Only complaint was that the entryway smelled of smoke when we arrived. We sprayed a bunch of fragrances to cover it.

Love the location of Sandcastles condos, the complex is clean and well-maintained. The property management company, Stay in Cocoa Beach, was excellent to work with! Would stay here again.

Great Stay

We are very familiar with Cocoa Beach and the location was right in the middle of everything. Unit was spacious and clean. We were able to cook all of our meals and hang out comfortably with our family.

Fantastic place to stay! Pool and Hot tub on-site and ocean right there. Didn’t need to bring anything but sunscreen as the condo had everything you could possibly need including sand toys!

This was a great place to stay! Plenty of room. The condo was quiet. Loved being able to be on the small patio watching and listening to the waves. It had everything we needed. Close to the beach and close to anything you could need. Would absolutely stay here again! After I booked my initial dates, I needed to change it. I emailed and they got the dates switched for me right away. I also got emails throughout my stay making sure everything was going well. Would recommend staying here!

Awesome property.

If your looking for a comfy and clean condo, this is it. Great view of the ocean and NASA launch pads. We were luck to see 3 launches from our balcony during our stay.

Cocoa Beach rental

The property was clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The beach chairs and boogie boards and sand toys were much appreciated.

Great place to stay!

From the booking to checking in and out, everything was simple and any and all questions answered quickly. The condo location excellent. People living and staying there very friendly. Property well maintained. Condo comfortable with all amenities you need to make your stay relaxing and easy. Loved it. Will stay there in future visits. Can’t get any closer to the ocean! Awesome on every way.
