Welcome to Sandcastle 30A! Walk to Rosemary & Alys Beach.

Welcome to Sandcastle, where seclusion meets convenience on the east end of beautiful 30A.

Gated for privacy and perfect for families, this tranquil 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath home is just a short walk or bike ride to everything you are looking for in a vacation destination. Enjoy world-class beaches, shops and restaurants that dot the communities of Seacrest, Alys and Rosemary Beach. Treetop neighborhood is a gem along 30A as it is gated and has access to both 30A or 98. Close to all the amazing things 30A has to offer, but with the bonus of being a bit more private.

Relax by the community pool across the street from the house or take advantage of the complimentary tram! Our tram picks you up right outside the house and will take you to Seacrest Beach or Inlet Beach Access.

After a long day at the beach, head back to Sandcastle and relax on the patio with a glass of wine surrounded by nature.

Quick access to 98 if you want to head West to Destin or East to PCB.

Great vacation

Property was great! Our host gave us many food and entertainment recommendations for the area and everything felt just a bike ride away! Parking can get tricky so we rode bikes almost everywhere.

Family vacation

The house was exactly as stated. We had three adult couples so we had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. House was stocked with necessities, which was very nice. The bikes, beach chairs & towels were so helpful to have available. We enjoyed the public Inlet Beach Access over Seacrest as recommended.

Great family getaway

Great house & location. We had 6 adults and 2 kids with us. The house fit us perfectly. Close to everything & the house had all that we needed like bikes & beach chairs. Mel gave great recommendations. We look forward to coming back and exploring more

Perfect Home

This home for perfect for our trip down to 30a. The house had enough space for our group to spread out without being on top of one another, it was clean and had everything we would need for a week of fun! Melony was an absolute delight to work with. She was incredibly responsive throughout our time both before and during our travel and she has the biggest heart! We will not think twice about where to stay the next time we travel to the area. What a wonderful trip!

Amazing getaway!

Mel was d excellent host! This was a perfect spot for Rosemary Beach first timers. House was as advertised and very comfortable. Perfect for our annual girls getaway. We’ll be back. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and Wonderful

We had an amazing time at Sandcastle!! Mel is an amazing host that communicates well. The pool is super close to the property and the tram is very convenient. The property was very clean and comfortable. Fantastic home away from home. I would highly recommend this property.

Family Retreat

The property was very nice, spacious and clean! We felt like we were at home. It had a good location not too far from Alys Beach and our favorite, Inlet Beach was not very far away. It was nice to have Publix close by as well. Improvements: we were a party of 5 adults and I don’t think we were equipped enough for 7 days with bath towels, kitchen towels, coffee pods, creamer and toilet paper! The driveway was not deep enough to park a mid-size SUV and a Camry
this should be stated in VRBO as there is no additional parking. Room darkening curtains are needed in the master bedroom on the patio doors.

We LOVED our stay here!

Everything was amazing! Mel (the host) was so helpful with activity suggestions and restaurant recommendations! Mel responded quickly to all of my questions, she is great to work with! We loved our stay so much we are planning a return trip next year! The house is in a great location. It was a quick walk to Alys and Rosemary! And the pool is right across the street! We couldn’t have asked for a better week!

Fantastic Family Getaway!!

We had a wonderful time staying at Treetop! Melony was an awesome host that offered her help & assistance throughout this process. From the start, prior to booking - she answered all of our questions. Prior to our arrival, she offered many suggestions regarding beach access, activities, & restaurants! She remained close in touch during our stay to let us know she was available, should we need anything! We were extremely grateful for he exceptional customer service! Sandcastle

The house is very nice, but they were building houses all around us. It was loud at times. We were disappointed in the Seacrest beach. We had to sit in a certain area, within these cones. There must have been a thousand people in a very small portion of the beach. We did not go back, went to Inlet Beach which Melony did suggest and we really liked that. Overall it was very nice.

Super Beautiful Home - GREAT for large families

This house was so beautiful and fantastic for a large family/group! The kitchen was amazing to cook and bake in. There were great supplies available for the beach, a really nice fire pit, a great outdoor shower, and a really nice outdoor grill. The owner was extremely sweet and helpful to talk to and was always available for questions!! The only areas that could be improved was the cleaning crew did leave some dirty dishes and trash lying around, there weren’t any cozy lamps or nice lighting in the living room, the upstairs dryer was not working when we got there, some of the mattresses and pillows were not comfortable in some of the rooms. There was also a lot of construction going on with noise from that happening almost every day we were there but that is because the neighborhood is so new and they are still building houses. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend this VRBO - it’s also in a great location and although it’s a bit farther from the downtown area, it’s situated in a really nice new neighborhood surrounded by forest.

Best 30A Trip Yet

We have been coming to the 30A area for the past 4 years and this was by far our best trip yet. Treetop is a relatively new development adjacent (and connected) to Seacrest. Our family loved having the amenities of Seacrest/Rosemary/Alys only a short drive/bike ride away, while also getting the more-secluded feeling that Treetop provides. The best of both worlds! The house is beautiful and well-appointed with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The house's location within the Treetop community is also ideal, as you are only a hop, skip, and a jump from the community's pool, which is perfect for cooling off after a long day at the beach. Melony was a wonderful host and went out of her way to make sure that our trip went off without a hitch. She knows the area well and provided several recommendations that were perfect for our family. As others have mentioned, as a new development, there is a healthy does of construction activity across Treetop at the moment, but none of the construction activity bothered us during our stay. We are already dreaming of a return trip to Sandcastle. Thank you Melony for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Sandcastle is perfectly located to everything in Rosemary

Our families first trip to Rosemary Beach was made so easy with all of Melony's helpful tips. This home is beautiful and was more like staying at a good friend's home than a typical rental. By far the cleanest and best equiped home I've stayed in. The bikes, beach chairs, and beach towels were so nice to have available. Everything we did was within biking distance of this lovely home.

We LOVED this house!

This house was the cleanest rental property I have ever stayed in. The location was perfect, the home was well stocked and very comfortable for 8 people. Cannot recommend this enough. We will certainly be back!

"Home looked exactly like the pictures"

My family had a wonderful time. There were plenty of beach chairs to use for our trips to the beach. Kitchen had bake ware, pots an pans not to mention silverware that were all dishwasher safe. Beds were comfy and house had a cozy charm to it that really helps make your stay that much more enjoyable!

Beautiful Home in great location!

We had the best week staying at this home. It had everything we needed with a short bike ride away to Alys Beach, Seacrest, & Rosemary! The house decor was so adorable! It will be extra nice when all of the construction in this neighborhood is complete. We made so many memories that will last a life time.

Beautiful home

Melony, the owner, is great to work with! She responded when needed and took care of any issues. The house is beautiful and the pool is right across the street. We enjoyed the bikes that were available. This was probably one of our favorite things about the house. Seacrest beach isn’t too far to ride to, however, Seacrest beach was way overcrowded for us. We drove to Inlet beach which was easily accessible by car from the house. Alys and Rosemary were just a bike ride away to do some shopping also.

Quiet home on 30A

We had an amazing time staying at Sandcastle 30A. The location is great - just off 30A, but you're able to avoid the crowds. The house is very nice - there were some minor cleaning issues, but very similar to things we've seen at other nice properties. It had all of the kitchen essentials we needed. One of the best parts of the property is the tram (a golf cart) that will take you directly to the beach access on Seacrest Beach. It was SO easy! Otherwise, it was a quick drive to Inlet Beach, which had ample parking and was nice and quiet (Mel's recommendation). We hope to visit again soon!!!

Away from the Crowds

Nice house in a private area surrounded by trees. Nice to not be in the middle of all the crazy, but great tram service for getting around and to the beach.. Everyone loved it. Beautiful pool just across the street. 3rd and 4th bedroom combined. Bikes and chairs were an added bonus. The kids loved riding bikes around.

Fantastic Celebration Vacation

Everything about Treetop was perfect for our celebration group! Melony's house was equipped with everything we needed: bikes, beach chairs, bottle of Prosecco to celebrate, beach tram stop right outside the house. Great location for exploring the 30A area. Our favorite 30A house to date!

Hello! I'm Mel aka your host (hopefully!). My husband and I split our time between NH and FL. We hope to be full timers soon but until then, we are so happy to share our home with you. I have lived along the Emerald Coast for most of my adult life and feel this gives me some good insight for my guests, My goal is to make your stay EASY! I love sharing all my recommedations for our area and making sure you make the most of your time here.

Treetop is so much more private than most 30A communities. You have the option of being on 30A in two minutes or just hanging at the pool away from the hustle and bustle of it all. If you decide to head East to PCB or West to Destin, you have easy access to route 98 via our community, Treetop. We love that when 30A is backed up with traffic, we have another option.

We chose this home due to the proximity to Seacrest VIllage, Rosemary & Alys Beach. We love riding our bikes to our favorite happy hour spots or for coffee in Rosemary. We can be at the beach in 2 minutes! In our opinion, the best part is you have access to 98 from the community if 30A is very busy. We hope you love it too!
