It was honestly a great stay for a weekend getaway! The only concern was parking at first, but behind Rita’s as the host suggested worked for us! Oh and the sliding door to the patio was a pain to open and close but.. besides that amazing!

whats Nice about this studio it has outside access as not have to go thru building etc its right on end of the beach so access is 100 ft away You will Love it

Lovely getaway

My husband and I stayed 3 nights. He complained about the mattress being a bit stiff but I loved it and now considering maybe we need a sleep number mattress. I love how close it was to beach and being able to hear the waves at night with balcony door open. The room was clean. The shower is beautiful. Will definitely stay again!

Nice Getaway

My wife and I stayed in this nicely renovated condo and we enjoyed it. The air conditioning is ice cold and finishes are very nice. The main issue is the wifi (although that is the fault of the complex and not the owner), although that just creates more opportunities to enjoy good company with less phone time!

Condo was just as advertised. Communication with owner was great. Internet needs some help tv only worked on local channels without internet.

Cozy space by the beach

The area the room is located in is older and somewhat rundown, but not unsafe. The room was clean and well kept. The actual location of the room is fantastic…just up a few steps from parking and right next to the beach entrance. We loved the large homemade map of the area! We had a fantastic time. The only downside was the internet was in and out, but the owner was upfront about it so we knew prior to staying. Thank you for creating a warm and inviting space.

Nice little stay

I enjoyed the 2 night stay at this condo. It is right on the beach. The porch looks directly onto the beach. It is small but plenty of room for 2 people. It is updated so I believe it is better than the other ones. Don't let the outside of the buildings deter you away. The host communited very fast and was very helpful throughout my stay. The mattress was comfortable if you like a firm mattress. It is a memory foam mattress which I would choose any day over a spring mattress. When I come back I will stay here if it is avaliable. If you are looking for a nice little get away you must stay here.

The inside is beautiful, nice big bed with comfortable new seating - very nice! Kitchen was well stocked and bathroom is beautiful. Balcony is basic and outdoors directly outside room show some renovations, unfortunately the area needs significant upkeep all of the many pools are nearly empty and closed. We found elevator access through building lobby, great for arrival with luggage. We found beach renovations underway with huge pipe spanning the length of the beach, a bummer for a beach get away.

Lisa was fantastic to deal with. No problems at all. My only concern is that it’s not handicap accessible. Next time, I would not choose third floor. I assumed there’d be an elevator. That was my mistake. I assumed instead of confirming. But it’s a great place. Loved the beach right out front. It was perfect. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Honeymooning

We absolutely loved our stay here! We just got married and everything was better than we expected. Aside from the lock on the balcony door (which doesn’t warrant losing a star in my opinion) we have no complaints at all! Definitely would recommend. Perfect access to the beach and within driving distance of everything you could possibly need or want! 🤩
