There is a cottage at the back of our house on two levels with two separate apartments. The photos attached to this listing are for the Ground floor.
You have a king bed, kitchen, living room area with sofa bed, bar kitchen table, separate bathroom with shower. We have just renovated the renovated the bathroom from top to bottom! We now offer a brand new bathroom as show in the photos.
To reach the cottage you would go through a gate which is shared with the other guest. We provide the code. Each cottage has its own entrance. Both the laundry room and the backyard hot tub decked area is shared between guests. We live in the front house and is a totally separate from the rear accommodation.
The hot tub is completely decked and enclosed. This is a completely fenced area with a door and lock for privacy. Its shared with the other guests and us. You are welcome to use it at anytime between 8am-10pm.
Please be aware we are pet friendly and other guests could also have dogs.
As the laundry and backyard is shared we ask all guests to be respectful of one another in terms of noise. Especially after 10pm. Laundry and hot tub available from 8am-10pm daily.
