C'est un super emplacement, vous pouvez aller à pied aux restaurants, boutiques, clubs et bien sûr à la plage !!

Nous avons le wifi gratuit, sommes juste en face de la plage au 530 Ocean Dr., avec rien entre vous et l'océan-. - un endroit parfait pour se détendre et profiter du soleil et de l'amusement.

Cet appartement de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains situé à South Beach offre une vue sur la plage et l'océan. Il a été entièrement rénové avec une télévision à écran plat dans chaque chambre. Toutes les 3 chambres ont un lit queen size et le maître a sa propre salle de bain. La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend une table de cuisson, un grand réfrigérateur, un lave-vaisselle et un four micro-ondes. Nous avons également une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité, Le salon a un canapé-lit Queen size Riviera qui dort 2 personnes 6- 6-

Clean, bright facilities. Great location to the beach and restaurants. Air conditioning worked well, kitchen amenities excellent. Helene met us and was most helpful. Parking garage corner Collins and 7th.

The hosts & Helen who was on site were super responsive and accommodating. The images were accurate. You can hear the music from the restaurant beginning in the morning but it’s not terribly loud. There are blackout shades which we appreciated since we were out late and wanted to sleep in. The shower pressure was very weak, otherwise amenities were as described. You are in the heart of south beach and directly across from the beach which was awesome!

There was a valet space in front which made it easy for the Uber to drop us off. I liked that Helena was on hand to assist us with check in. Normally the initial check in process at other properties is convoluted in trying to find the entrance, keys etc.

Great location, close to Walgreens which is great since you will need supplies, trash bags, pods for dishwasher. We loved the stay and will come back.

We had a great time! The apartment is very nice with awesome amenities. It is comfortable and nicely appointed. The location was perfect. Great view and close to everything. Helena the manager was very friendly and quick to respond to questions. We will be back for sure!!

Great location, clean condo

We had four people stay here with plenty of space for everyone. The place is in a great location, walkable to a lot of restaurants and right across from the beach. The music downstairs wasn't bad at all and everyone enjoyed their stay. The host was very communicative and accommodating, would definitely stay here again.

Great girls trip

Our condo was clean and in a great location. Everything is walking distance and we had a view of the Miami Beach sign. Helena was very communicative and gave great recommendations during our stay. We look forward to booking again.

Great location….very loud music

Helena was very good host. However, the music coming from next door restaurant was extremely loud!It started at 8 am until midnight!!!

This condo was completely renovated 2 years ago- the mattresses were changed in January of 2019. I have never had anyone tell me the beds are uncomfortable and this guest never mentioned it when I checked in on her
