3 bedroom Lakeview home with New Hot tub!

Nestled in the hillside of South Bristol with breathtaking views of Canandaigua Lake. Right in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine region there is no shortage of adventures to be had. Summer family vacations with all the amenities of home and the fun of your own pond, outdoor shower and a large yard. Fall brings beautiful foliage, near by wineries for tours & tastings & hiking trails. In the Winter, a 10 minute trip to Bristol Mountain for slope recreation or sledding on our very own property.
Situated on five acres of land with a private pond, fire pit and swing set. Our sprawling outdoor deck has 7 rocking chairs, a outdoor dining table and grill. Additional folding chairs are provided. (The grill is out year round but the seating and dining furniture is not during the winter months) Inside, you will find a free flowing living room, dining area and kitchen. Perfect for socializing and quality time together. Our kitchen is fully equipped for making and serving meals. Two of the three bedrooms are off of the living space along with a full bathroom. All rooms offer great views of the private yard. A cozy reading nook leads you to the master en suite. A impressive sized room with 180 views of the property, pond, rolling hills and lake. An amazing view to wake up to!
Our property is 12 miles from downtown Canandaigua, 7 miles to Bristol Mountain, 11 miles to Naples, 2.5 miles to Heron Hill Winery and 5 miles from Onanda Park. So much to do and see within each attraction.

The house was pristine! It was big yet homey and nicely decorated. The kitchen had what we needed to make all our meals. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Overall a great stay and I’d love to stay here again for another mom’s weekend away!

We loved our stay here so much! It was such a beautiful area, we loved waking up to the sunrise every morning. And it was the perfect spot to be able to go and explore the Finger Lakes region. Would highly recommend staying here, especially during peak fall color season!

A perfect stay in a secluded "animal sanctuary". You will encounter deer, horses, bison and hummingbirds all while relaxing on the spacious wrap around covered deck. Unpack and enjoy. You will love this place!

Story book stay

This place is amazing! The pictures do not do justice. The home was clean and well stocked. The property and surrounding area was like being in heaven. Constant lake view with rainbow and horses at the fence. We would definitely book here again.

Absolutely amazing

This house, with every thought of amenity, is amazing. We were celebrating our retirements and this was the perfect spot. We went to unplug, relax, and recharge and this was spot on. Tranquil, serene, quieting, there isn't enough adverbs to describe. The views from any of the windows was breathtaking, the pond, the firepit, the wildlife walking the property. In the woods but stores were close by. Owner was prompt w/ any of my questions. The welcoming gift was very thoughtful. I will most definitely recommend Little Bell to everyone.

Breathtaking views!

We never wanted to leave this gorgeous property! The view of the lake from the deck is even better than the photos depict. Galina is a gracious host and surprised us with a thoughtful s'mores-making kit. We had one minor repair that we could have lived with, but Galina made sure that it was taken care of ASAP (even on a holiday). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Horses Next Door And Deer On The Lawn....

Well appointed country home with everything you would need or want for your stay. Wonderful covered large deck to take in the lovely views. Surrounded by wineries galore with nice restaurants just a little drive away. Did I mention horses?....feed apples to the horses next door which was a delight. Highly recommend this lovely home in the Finger Lakes region for your stay.

Wonderful stay

If I could give the property a 10 for cleanliness I would. I’ve never seen a place so spotless in my entire life! Galina was extremely helpful and very responsive and offered herself for any question we might have at any time, which was greatly appreciated. A thoughtful gift of Concord grape gummy bears awaited us and we had a simply lovely stay. We will absolutely be back. 10 out of 10.

August getaway

Galina's home was amazing. One of our family was not feeling well, so it kept us at the house more than we expected - which was a blessing in disguise. The kitchen was very well appointed. There were games to play. We ate on the deck when weather permitted. We grilled, used the fire pit, and took walks around the pond to watch the frogs jump into the water ahead of us. The hot tub was very enjoyable and easy to use. Our morning routine was to wake to the birds, through open windows, watch the sunset, then close the windows to sleep another 1-2 hours (else the birdsongs keep us up!). Thank you Galina!

Exceptional Experience

This property, Little Bell, is one of a kind. Surrounded by beautifully maintained grounds, the house sits up on a hill well away from the road. Looking out from the house you can see Canandaigua Lake, horses grazing in the grassy field next door & visiting deer. It couldn't have been more idyllic & peaceful. The house has a clean, well-equipped kitchen, a wood burning fireplace (wood provided), 2 bathrooms with an abundance of towels & 5 beds. One of the bedrooms is so huge that the 2 kids slept in it on air mattresses on the floor & there was still plenty of room to walk around. The most outstanding feature for us was all of the windows, which allow you to stay connected to the outdoors.The expansive porch/deck was furnished with lots of comfortable rocking chairs, and the railing around it was constructed so as to not obstruct the view.We did not use the hot tub, and because of the wet weather when we were there, we did not make use of the fire pit. However, the kids did check out the pond & spotted frog's eggs & pollywogs.We thoroughly enjoyed our (too short) stay & would love to return to Little Bell in the fall.The countryside at that time of year must be spectacular!Many thanks to the Campanella family for sharing this special place.

A little slice of Heaven!

We stayed at this beautiful property for a Girl's Getaway weekend. Galina was the perfect host!! The house was immaculate and very welcoming. The kitchen was loaded with everything imaginable to cook with. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom and the beds were very comfy!! Our favorite spot was sitting on the deck in the rockers and just looking out at the beautiful scenery. The morning sunrise was gorgeous! This was our first time using Vrbo and we were very pleased! Will definitely book through Vrbo again. Thank you for an amazing experience!!

Outstanding property, location and setting

The house was very clean, very well equipped, spacious, and with an amazing view from the front porch. Everything in the house worked fine; everything was as advertised. Complete privacy at the house, yet very close to town for food, etc. One of the best places we've stayed in the region over the years.

Our stay at Little Belle

We stayed at this home for 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. The property is beautiful and comfortable. We actually meet one of the owners because we got in the area early. Amazing Birthday getaway!

My girlfriend and I celebrated our birthdays together at this beautiful property. After our wine tour it was a pleasure staying at such a peaceful, relaxing place. It had everything we could as for. The host was very attentive to our needs and was gracious. Hope to go back someday!

Peaceful stay, beautiful views

I can’t say enough about this amazing little getaway find. The views alone will leave you feeling completely at peace. The house was super clean and cozy. The pond and fire pit added just the right touches. Many s’mores and laughs were shared around the fire pit at night. The host Galina was so amazing and so friendly, even left us some s’more supplies and a bottle of wine. Just a short drive to wineries and the lake. Was perfect for our bachelorette getaway. Would love to stay at little bell any time . Thank you !!

Little Bell has spectacular views and everything you will need for a great getaway! Very clean and spacious! The outdoor area was fantastic, from the deck to the fire pit to the pond! The kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need. Communication with the owner was easy and I received very quick responses. Would highly recommend!

Owned by 3 siblings and their spouses. Little Bell came from the meaning of our last name. A art therapist, a teacher, a firefighter, a realtor, a councilor and a tech guru. We grew up in the finger lakes and love this area, and and wanted to share that love with others.
